Will we get paint on our clothes during the team building?

Absolutely! We provide high-quality protective overalls, gloves, and specialised masks to ensure everyone stays clean and safe. While the gear is top-notch, we always recommend wearing comfortable 'work clothes' and trainers that you don't mind getting a tiny bit of paint on. We handle all the setup and tidy-up, so you can focus entirely on the creative process without any stress.

What if some team members aren't 'artistic' or creative?

Zero talent is required! Our professional artists specialize in teaching absolute beginners. We start with basic techniques like 'fats' and 'skinnies' (different line widths) before moving on to the main piece. You'll be amazed at how quickly your team goes from 'I can't draw' to creating a massive, colourful mural that looks like it belongs in an urban gallery. It's all about the process!

What happens if it rains on the day of our workshop?

Flexibility is our middle name! We have a network of indoor and outdoor locations across Charleroi. If the Belgian weather decides not to cooperate, we move the action to one of our covered spots or set up a professional indoor studio at your chosen venue using low-odour, water-based paints. We also have backup artists on standby, so your event is guaranteed to happen rain or shine.

How long does a typical Charleroi team building session last?

A standard graffiti team building session usually lasts between 1.5 to 3 hours. This gives your group enough time to learn the spray techniques, sketch out the collective design, and complete the final masterpiece. If you have a tighter schedule or want a more intensive deep-dive into street art culture, we can easily customise the duration to fit your corporate itinerary.

What is the minimum and maximum group size?

We can accommodate groups of almost any size! Whether you are a small startup team of 10 or a large corporate division of 200, we scale our resources accordingly. For larger groups, we bring in multiple artists to ensure everyone gets hands-on guidance. We split big teams into smaller 'crews' to spark a bit of friendly competition while working towards one giant collaborative goal.

Do we need to pay anything upfront to book?

One of the best things about Graffitifun is our 'Play Now, Pay Later' policy. We don't require any upfront payment or deposits to secure your booking. You can focus on getting the team excited and planning the logistics, and the invoice is only settled after the workshop is complete. We believe in the quality of our service and want the booking process to be as stress-free as possible.

Can we take our graffiti artwork back to the office?

Definitely! While we often use large-scale walls or boards, we can also facilitate workshops where team members create their own individual canvases to take home. Alternatively, many companies choose to keep the large collective mural to brighten up their office space in Charleroi. It serves as a fantastic, colourful reminder of what the team can achieve when they work together and think outside the box.
