How it works

Consultation: We start by discussing your charity's goals, the cause you're supporting, and the vibe you want for the event.
Design planning: Our artists can help design a central theme or logo that represents your mission to be the focal point of the art.
On-site setup: We arrive early at your Timișoara location to set up the protective flooring, boards, and all the colourful spray cans.
Artist demonstration: Our pros kick things off with a high-energy demo, showing donors how to handle the cans and master basic techniques.
The practice round: Everyone gets a chance to test their skills on practice boards, getting a feel for the pressure and flow of the paint.
Main creation: Participants work together or individually to create the final pieces of art, infused with the spirit of your charity.
Final touches: Our artists help add professional outlines and highlights to ensure the finished pieces look absolutely "gallery-ready."
The big reveal: Celebrate the completed work! This is the perfect moment for photos, speeches, and starting the charity auction.
Clean up: We pack everything up and leave the venue as clean as we found it, leaving you only with the art and the memories.

Frequently asked questions

Is the graffiti workshop safe for all charity event participants?

Absolutely! Safety is our top priority during every fundraiser. We provide high-quality protective gear, including masks, gloves, and overalls to keep everyone's clothes clean. Our professional artists lead the session with a comprehensive safety briefing, ensuring that all participants use the spray cans correctly. We also ensure the chosen Timișoara venue has proper ventilation or is held outdoors, making it a safe, worry-free environment for all ages.

Where in Timișoara can the charity workshop take place?

We are incredibly flexible and can host your charity event at various locations across Timișoara. Whether you have a specific community centre in mind, a school playground, or an outdoor park, we can make it work. If you don't have a venue, don't worry! We have a network of local spots and creative hubs where we can set up the boards and get the paints flowing for your cause.

Do participants need to have previous artistic experience?

The beauty of street art is that it's for everyone! No prior art experience is needed to create something amazing. Our expert artists walk your guests through the "can-control" basics and help them with techniques like fading and outlining. We find that people who think they aren't 'artistic' are often the ones who create the most impactful pieces for the fundraiser.

How long does a typical charity graffiti session last?

Our graffiti charity events typically last between 1.5 to 3 hours. This timeframe allows enough time for an introduction, a practice session, and the creation of a final masterpiece or collaborative mural. We can easily adjust the duration to fit into your event's specific schedule, ensuring your fundraising goals and guest engagement are perfectly balanced throughout the day.

What materials are included in the workshop package?

We provide everything you need to make your event a success. This includes a wide range of premium spray paint colours, protective clothing (suits, gloves, masks), canvases or boards, and professional instruction. You just need to bring the energy and the guests! We handle the setup and the cleanup, so you can focus entirely on your charity's mission and networking with your donors.

What happens to the artwork created during the event?

The final artwork is yours to do with as you wish! Many charities choose to auction off the resulting canvases at the end of the event to raise even more funds. Alternatively, if we create a large collaborative mural on board, it can be donated to a local community centre or kept as a vibrant reminder of the day’s successful fundraising efforts in Timișoara.

How do we book and what is the cost?

Getting a quote is quick and easy! Because every charity event is unique, pricing depends on the number of participants and the specific setup you require. Use our online Cost Calculator for an instant estimate, or reach out to us directly. We love supporting good causes and will work with you to find a package that maximises your fundraising potential.
