Why choose us in Takoradi?

Why settle for a coffee shop meeting when you can co-create a piece of art? Choosing a graffiti-based networking event in Takoradi is the ultimate way to stand out and build real connections. Here is why it works:

  • Zero ego, all fun: Donning overalls and a mask is a great equaliser—everyone starts on the same level! 🎭
  • Memory making: People might forget a business card, but they’ll never forget the person they painted an 8-foot mural with.
  • Stress-free vibe: No awkward silences here; the hiss of the spray cans and the music provide a perfect backdrop for easy flowing conversation. 🎤
  • Boost creativity: Stepping outside your professional comfort zone sparks new ways of thinking and problem-solving.
  • No risk booking: With our "pay after the workshop" policy and backup artist guarantee, your event is in safe hands.
  • Locally inspired: We celebrate the culture of the Western Region, making it a truly authentic "T'di" experience. ✨

How it works

  1. Warm welcome: Arrive at the venue and grab a refreshment while you meet your fellow Takoradi professionals in a relaxed, informal setting. 🎉
  2. Expert demo: Our pro graffiti artists kick things off with a high-energy demonstration of spray painting techniques and street art history.
  3. Gear up: We provide all the safety gear you need, including masks, gloves, and overalls, so you stay clean while getting creative.
  4. The practice round: Head to your station and get a feel for the spray cans. You'll learn nozzle control, how to draw lines, and how to create cool fades. ✨
  5. Collaborative mural: Work together with your new connections on a large-scale project. This is where the real networking happens as you strategise and paint as a team.
  6. Individual flair: Switch to your own canvas to create a personal piece of art that reflects your brand or personality. 🎨
  7. The big reveal: Step back and admire the collective work! This is the perfect time for group photos and exchanging business cards.
  8. Wrap up & relax: Finish the session with a final drink and a chat about the experience, leaving with new contacts and inspired ideas. 🏆

Frequently asked questions

How is a graffiti networking event different from a standard business mixer?

A graffiti networking event is fundamentally different because it breaks down social barriers through shared creativity. Unlike stiff corporate mixers, our Takoradi sessions get people working side-by-side on a mural. It’s hard to feel nervous when you’re both wearing gloves and laughing over a spray can mistake! The informal environment encourages genuine conversations and lasting professional bonds that formal events simply can't replicate.

Do I need any previous art experience to attend?

Not at all! Our professional artists guide you through every step, from basic nozzle control to advanced shading. Most attendees have never touched a spray can before. We focus on the process of creation and collaboration, ensuring everyone feels comfortable contributing to the final masterpiece regardless of their artistic background or previous experience with street art.

What materials are included in the workshop package?

We provide everything you need for a fantastic session in the Oil City. This includes high-quality spray cans in a rainbow of colours, protective masks, gloves, and overalls to keep your clothes clean. We also provide the canvases or boards we'll be painting on. You just need to bring your enthusiasm, business cards, and comfortable shoes you don't mind getting a bit of dust on!

What should I wear to a graffiti networking session?

While we provide protective gear like overalls, we recommend wearing comfortable, casual clothing and closed-toe shoes. Graffiti can be a little messy, and while our gear is great, it's best not to wear your most expensive suit or designer dress. Think 'creative-casual'—something that allows you to move freely while you’re reaching up to tag the top of the mural!

How long does a typical networking workshop last?

Our networking events in Takoradi are flexible. A standard session usually lasts between 2 to 3 hours. This allows enough time for an introduction, a skills masterclass, the collaborative painting phase, and plenty of 'mingle time' in between. We can adjust the timing to fit into a larger conference schedule or a dedicated evening social mixer.

Is the spray paint safe to use for everyone?

Safety is our top priority. We use low-odour, professional-grade spray paints and provide high-quality respiratory masks and nitrile gloves to all participants. Our workshops are held in well-ventilated areas or outdoors. Our artists are also trained in site safety to ensure that everyone has a fun, creative experience without any risks to their health or the environment.

Can we keep the artwork we create during the event?

Absolutely! At the end of the event, the finished canvases can usually be taken back to your office or workspace. It’s a fantastic way to remember the new connections you've made in Takoradi. If we're working on a large shared mural, we can often arrange for it to be split into smaller sections so different companies can take a piece of the collaborative spirit home.

How do I book and what are the payment terms?

Booking is simple and risk-free. You don't have to pay anything upfront! Just get in touch with your estimated group size and preferred date. We’ll provide a custom quote, and you only pay after the event is successfully completed and you're 100% satisfied with the experience. We even have backup artists ready to ensure your event always goes ahead as planned.
