Graffiti team building in Novosibirsk

Ditch the boring boardroom presentations and the awkward trust falls. It is time to inject some serious colour into your next corporate outing with a graffiti team building workshop in Novosibirsk! In the heart of Siberia's most vibrant city, your team will trade their keyboards for spray cans and their suits for ponchos. Our workshops are designed to break down hierarchies, spark untapped creativity, and get everyone working towards a massive, vibrant goal. Whether you are a tech startup near Akademgorodok or a settled firm in the city centre, our professional artists will guide you through the rebellious and rewarding world of street art. It is messy, it is loud, and it is the most fun you can have while technically 'at work'. 🎨 🔥

Why choose us in Novosibirsk?

Why choose a graffiti workshop for your team in Novosibirsk? Because it levels the playing field like nothing else. In front of a blank wall, the CEO and the intern are both beginners. It’s a powerful way to foster genuine connection and out-of-the-box thinking. ✨

  • Boost Morale: Nothing says 'we value you' like a day spent doing something genuinely cool and creative.
  • Visualise Vision: Use the mural to paint your company’s future goals or core values in a way that sticks. 🎤
  • Stress Relief: There is something incredibly cathartic about the 'hiss' of a spray can and the flow of colour.
  • No Skills Needed: Our pro artists make sure everyone—even those who can't draw a stick figure—creates something amazing.
  • Risk-Free Booking: Use our Cost Calculator for instant estimates and enjoy our 'pay after the event' policy.
  • Unique Souvenir: You can keep the canvases to brighten up your Novosibirsk office walls! 🏆

How it works

  1. Introduction & Demo: Our pro artists kick things off with a high-energy demo, showing you what those cans can really do.
  2. Safety First: We get everyone kitted out in masks, gloves, and ponchos while explaining the 'do's and don'ts' of spray painting.
  3. Master the Basics: You'll start on your own practice board, learning how to control the pressure, create lines, and master fading techniques.
  4. The Concept Phase: Your team brainstorms a theme—perhaps your company values, a new project goal, or just a wild Novosibirsk-inspired mural.
  5. Outlining & Filling: Move from the practice board to the main canvas. This is where the collaboration really heats up as you layer colours.
  6. The Detail Work: Add the 'highlights' and 'lowlights' that make the art pop. This stage requires real teamwork to ensure the styles blend.
  7. The Final Reveal: We step back, peel away any stencil tape, and admire the collective masterpiece you've built from scratch.
  8. Team Photos: Capture the moment! We’ll take professional-style group photos of you and your bespoke street art.

Frequently asked questions

Do our team members need any artistic experience?

Strictly speaking, you don't need any talent at all! Our professional artists break down the process into simple, manageable steps. We focus on 'low floor, high ceiling' techniques, meaning everyone can create something they are proud of within minutes. The workshop is more about communication, experimentation, and having a laugh with your colleagues than creating a museum masterpiece—though you might be surprised by how good it looks!

Is the spray paint safe and what about our clothes?

We provide high-quality, professional-grade masks and gloves for every participant. While we use low-odour professional spray paint, we also provide protective ponchos to keep your clothes clean. We recommend wearing 'yard work' clothes just in case, but our safety Gear and expert supervision ensure a clean and secure environment for everyone involved. Safety is our number one priority during every Novosibirsk session.

Where does the workshop take place?

Flexibility is our middle name. We can host the event at one of our partner creative hubs in Novosibirsk, or we can bring the entire setup to your office car park or a rented event space. If you have an outdoor area or a well-ventilated indoor space, we can likely make it work. We handle the floor protection and cleanup, leaving the site exactly as we found it.

How long does a typical team building session last?

Typically, a standard team building session lasts between 2 and 3 hours. This allows enough time for the technical introduction, sketching, individual practice, and the final collaborative mural. However, we can shorten it to 90 minutes for a quick 'ice-breaker' or extend it into a full-day creative retreat if you want to dive deeper into street art history and advanced techniques.

What happens if the artist is sick?

We pride ourselves on being reliable. We have a deep bench of professional graffiti artists and backup instructors available. If your primary artist is unwell, a substitute will step in seamlessly. This 'no-cancellation' policy means you can book your corporate event with total peace of mind, knowing your Novosibirsk team building activity is guaranteed to go ahead as planned.

When do we need to pay for the workshop?

The best part is that you don't pay anything upfront! We believe in the quality of our workshops, so you only pay after the event has been successfully completed. This ensures you are 100% satisfied with the experience before any funds change hands. It makes the booking process stress-free for your finance department and gives you total security.

What is the maximum group size?

Our workshops are highly scalable. We can accommodate small teams of 10 people for an intimate creative session, or we can manage large-scale corporate events with over 100 participants. For larger groups, we bring in additional artists to ensure everyone gets personal attention and enough 'can-time' to feel part of the creative process. If you have a massive group, just let us know!
