How it works

Initial consultation: Reach out to us with your preferred date, student group size, and location within Brno.
Concept design: We discuss the theme of your workshop—whether it's representing your faculty, a specific student society, or just pure creative freedom.
Safety briefing: On the day, we start with a quick guide on how to use the equipment safely and how to wear your protective gear.
The basics: Our pro artists show you the fundamental techniques, from creating thin lines to filling in large areas and blending colours.
Sketching: You'll grab some markers and sketch out your ideas on the wall or boards before the paint starts flying.
First layers: You start applying the base colours, learning how to control the pressure of the spray can for a smooth finish.
Detailing and outlines: This is where the magic happens—we'll show you how to add sharp outlines and highlights to make the art pop.

Frequently asked questions

How long does a typical university graffiti workshop last?

Most university workshops in Brno last between 2 and 3 hours. This timeframe allows your group to cover the basics of spray painting, design their personal tags or sketches, and complete a collaborative mural. If you have a specific schedule or a larger student society event, we can easily adapt the session length to fit your timetable.

Is the workshop safe for students?

Yes, safety is our top priority. We provide high-quality respiratory masks, protective gloves, and disposable overalls to keep your clothes clean. Our instructors are professional artists who provide a safety briefing before any cans are shaken. We use low-pressure spray paint where possible to ensure better control for beginners and a safer environment for everyone involved.

Where in Brno do these workshops take place?

We can host workshops at various legal graffiti walls around Brno, such as those near the Cejl area or specific designated zones. If your university campus has a permission-based space or you’ve arranged a temporary wooden partition, we can bring the workshop directly to you. We are flexible and mobile, ensuring the art happens where it’s most convenient for your group.

Do we need any prior art experience to participate?

Absolutely not! Our workshops are designed for complete beginners. Our expert artists will guide you through everything from how to hold the can to advanced layering techniques. You'll be surprised at how quickly you can create something impressive. It’s all about expressing your student identity and having a great time with your peers, regardless of your artistic background.

What should students wear to the session?

We recommend wearing comfortable clothes and old trainers that you don't mind getting a bit of paint on. While we provide full protective suits and gear, stray drops of paint can sometimes find their way onto shoes or sleeves. It's best to dress for a creative, hands-on outdoor activity so you can focus entirely on your masterpiece without worrying about your laundry.

What happens if the artist is unavailable on the day?

We pride ourselves on reliability. In the rare event that your assigned lead artist is unavailable, we have a curated network of backup professional artists in the South Moravian region ready to step in. This ensures your university event goes ahead exactly as planned without any stressful last-minute cancellations or rescheduling issues.

Can we take our artwork home with us?

Usually, we work on large communal boards or legal walls to create a massive collaborative mural. However, depending on your budget and preference, we can arrange for students to paint individual canvases or tote bags that they can take back to their dorm rooms. Just let us know what you prefer when you're booking so we can prepare the right materials.
