Why choose us in Vilnius?

Traditional team building can sometimes feel a bit... well, boring. But when you hand a team a spray can, magic happens. Here is why our graffiti workshops in Vilnius are the ultimate choice for your next team development day:

  • Level the playing field: In the world of graffiti, there are no job titles. The CEO and the intern start with the same blank space. 🎤
  • Boost creative confidence: We help people overcome the "I can't draw" fear, proving they can achieve amazing things with the right support.
  • Visualise company values: Instead of just talking about your mission statement, paint it! It makes your goals tangible and fun.
  • Stress-free booking: With no upfront payment and guaranteed artist availability, we take all the pressure off the organiser. 🏆
  • Instant results: Unlike long-term training, you see the fruit of your collective labour in just a few hours.
  • Total inclusivity: Street art is for everyone, regardless of age, fitness level, or background. Everyone can contribute to the mural. ✨

How it works

  1. The warm-up: We kick things off with a high-energy intro about the history of street art and a quick safety demo.
  2. First lines: Every team member gets their own practice space to learn how to control the spray can pressure and nozzle.
  3. Mastering techniques: Our pro artists show you the secrets of outlines, fades, and "fat cap" fills to give your art depth.
  4. The big concept: Your team brainstorms together to sketch out a collective vision based on your chosen theme or values.
  5. Outlining the dream: Watch the mural come to life as the team begins sketching the foundations of your giant collaborative artwork.
  6. Filling with colour: This is the messy, fun part! Everyone grabs a can to bring the mural to life with vibrant, bold colours.
  7. Details and highlights: Our artists help you add those finishing touches, sharp edges, and highlights that make the art pop.
  8. The grand reveal: Step back as a team to admire your finished masterpiece—a perfect photo opportunity for the company newsletter!
  9. Clean up and debrief: We wrap up the session by discussing the teamwork involved while we handle all the recycling and packing up.

Frequently asked questions

Do we need any previous art experience or drawing skills?

Absolutely not! Our Vilnius workshops are designed for everyone, from CEOs to interns. Our professional artists guide you through basic spray-painting techniques, lettering, and shading before you start on your masterpiece. You'll be surprised at how quickly your team picks up the skills needed to create something impressive. It is all about the process, the laughter, and the shared discovery of a new talent.

Is the workshop safe for our employees?

Safety is our number one priority. We provide all participants with high-quality protective gear, including masks, gloves, and overalls to keep your clothes clean. We use professional-grade spray cans and conduct a thorough safety briefing before anyone touches a nozzle. Our experienced instructors supervise the entire session to ensure everyone is using the equipment correctly and having a great time in a secure environment.

Where in Vilnius do the workshops take place?

Flexibility is key for our team development sessions. We can host the workshop at various vibrant outdoor locations in Vilnius, or we can bring the experience to your office or a rented venue using our special indoor-safe materials. If you choose an outdoor spot, we usually have backup plans or can reschedule in case of heavy rain. We will coordinate the perfect location based on your group size.

How long does a typical team building session last?

A standard team development workshop in Vilnius typically lasts between 1.5 to 3 hours. This includes the introduction, safety briefing, technique practice, and the main collaborative project. We can adjust the duration to fit into your busy schedule, whether you want a quick energiser during a conference or a deep-dive creative afternoon. Just let us know your time constraints and we will make it work.

What is the maximum group size for a Vilnius workshop?

We can accommodate almost any group size! Whether you are a small startup team of 10 or a large corporate department of over 100, we have the artists and equipment to handle it. For larger groups, we simply bring in more of our professional backup artists to ensure everyone gets individual attention and a chance to truly contribute to the final artwork. Nobody gets left out.

Can we customise the theme or the colours used?

Definitely! Graffiti is a fantastic way to reflect your company's values or a specific project theme. You can choose to paint your company logo, a motivational slogan, or a collaborative mural that represents your team's goals. Our artists work with you beforehand to design a concept that aligns with your brand identity while still allowing for plenty of individual creative freedom and expression.

How do we book and what are the payment terms?

Booking is easy and stress-free. Contact us with your preferred date, estimated group size, and any specific requirements. We will provide a custom quote tailored to your needs. The best part? There is no upfront payment required! You only pay after the workshop is complete and your team is buzzing with creative energy. We also have backup artists ready to ensure your event never gets cancelled.
