Do we need to be good at drawing to enjoy the workshop?

Absolutely no artistic talent is required! Our Sheffield-based artists specialize in teaching 'non-creatives' how to master the spray can. We provide templates, techniques, and hands-on guidance to ensure everyone walks away feeling like a pro. The goal of this team development session is collaboration and fun; the impressive final artwork is just a fantastic bonus that usually surprises the teams themselves!

What safety gear do you provide for the team?

Safety is our top priority. We provide high-quality respiratory masks, protective gloves, and disposable coveralls to keep your clothes clean. We use professional-grade spray paint in well-ventilated outdoor or indoor spaces. Our instructors provide a full safety briefing before anyone touches a can, ensuring a worry-free experience for your entire Sheffield office team. We handle the messy bits so you can focus on the fun.

Can you host the workshop at our Sheffield office?

We are incredibly flexible! We can host the workshop at our dedicated street art locations in Sheffield or bring the entire setup to your office car park or a hired venue. Our mobile kits include 'graffiti walls' (cellophane stretches or boards), so we leave no permanent marks behind. Whether you want to stay local or explore a new part of the city, we make it happen.

How long does a typical team development session last?

Our standard team development workshops typically last between 2 and 3 hours. This allows enough time for an introduction, technique practice, and the completion of a large-scale collaborative mural. If you have a tighter schedule or want a full-day 'deep dive' creative retreat, we can easily adjust the duration to fit your company's specific agenda and goals.

What is included in the workshop price?

Everything is included in the price! You get all the spray paint (in a huge variety of colours), protective gear, professional instruction, and the surfaces we paint on. We also handle the setup and the cleanup. There are no hidden costs—just bring your team and plenty of enthusiasm. We even offer weather-backup plans to ensure your Sheffield event goes off without a hitch.

Can we choose the theme of our graffiti?

We don't believe in 'one size fits all.' For team development, we often suggest the 'Collaborative Mural' where everyone contributes to one giant masterpiece representing company values. Alternatively, we offer 'Brand Battles' where smaller groups compete to design the best logo. If you’re unsure, use our online Workshop Quiz to find the perfect match for your team's specific personality and objectives.

How do we book and what are the payment terms?

Booking is simple and risk-free. You can request a quote online or use our Cost Calculator for an instant estimate. We don't require upfront payments to secure your date; you only pay after the workshop is completed and you're 100% satisfied. With our backup artist guarantee, you never have to worry about a cancellation. We’re here to make your Sheffield team day seamless.

The experience

Why choose a graffiti workshop for your team in Sheffield? Because street art is the ultimate equaliser. In front of a blank wall, there are no job titles—just creators. It’s a powerful way to foster innovation and unity. 🚀

Unleash hidden creativity: Help your staff find their 'creative flow' in a relaxed, non-judgmental environment.
Strengthen communication: Designing a large-scale mural requires real-time problem-solving and clear dialogue.
Boost office morale: Nothing says 'we’re a great team' like a finished piece of art you built from scratch.
Expert local artists: Work with Sheffield’s finest spray-can maestros who live and breathe the culture.
Zero-stress planning: We handle all materials, safety, and cleanup—you just show up and spray!
Lasting impact: Take your canvases back to the office as a permanent reminder of what you can achieve together. 🏆

Step by step

Arrival and safety briefing: Your team meets our pro artists at the Sheffield venue for a quick intro and outfitting in protective gear.
Graffiti history and culture: A short, inspiring talk about how street art evolved from underground tags to global icons.
Mastering the tools: Learn 'Can Control'—distance, pressure, and speed—to create clean lines and smooth fades.
The tag challenge: Everyone practices their own signature style on individual boards to get the creative juices flowing.
Collaborative concept: Your group brainstorms a central theme or 'Company Value' that will form the basis of the big mural.
Sketching the masterpiece: We help you outline the main design on the wall using light colours to guide the process.
The big fill: The whole team grabs cans to fill in the colours, working together to blend and layer the artwork.
Foundations and outlines: Adding the 'pop' with Sharp outlines and highlights to make the collaborative piece look professional.
Grand reveal and photos: Step back, admire the collective work, and snap those essential team-building photos for the office wall!
