Do I need any prior art experience to enjoy the VIP workshop?

Absolutely! Our VIP workshops are designed for everyone, from those who haven't touched a spray can to seasoned creatives. Our professional artists walk you through the basics of safety, can control, and techniques like fading and outlining. You'll be amazed at the masterpiece you can produce with a little expert guidance. We focus on a relaxed, fun atmosphere where you can learn at your own pace without any pressure.

What should I wear to my graffiti session in Brisbane?

We recommend wearing comfortable clothes that you don't mind getting a little 'art' on. While we provide high-quality protective gear like suits and gloves, spray paint can be unpredictable! Flat, closed-toe shoes are a must for safety. Think casual and ready to move. We'll handle the rest of the supplies, so just bring your energy and a willingness to try something totally new and exciting!

Is the spray paint safe to use?

Safety is our number one priority. We provide all participants with professional-grade protective suits, gloves, and high-quality masks to ensure you aren't inhaling any fumes. Our workshops are held in well-ventilated locations or outdoor spots. Additionally, our artists are trained to manage group safety and will provide a comprehensive safety briefing before anyone starts spraying. You're in very safe, professional hands with Graffitifun.

How long does the VIP experience usually last?

Our VIP graffiti workshops in Brisbane typically last between 1.5 to 3 hours. This gives us plenty of time for the initial briefing, practicing your technique on the practice wall, and finally collaborative or individual creation of your main piece. If you have specific time constraints for your event, just let us know! We can often tailor the schedule to fit perfectly into your Brisbane itinerary.

What happens if it rains on the day of our outdoor workshop?

Rain doesn't have to stop the art! We have access to several undercover locations around Brisbane that keep us dry while allowing the creative juices to flow. If the weather looks truly dire, we will work with you to reschedule or find a suitable indoor alternative. Because we have a team of backup artists, we are incredibly flexible and rarely have to cancel an event due to logistics.

Can you bring the workshop to our private location outside the CBD?

We certainly do! While we love the vibe of Brisbane, our team travels to the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, and surrounding areas. Whether you want the workshop at your own private venue or a specific park, we can usually make it happen. Just get in touch with your location details, and we’ll provide a custom quote that includes any necessary travel for our artists.

Local culture

Brisbane’s street art scene has exploded over the last decade, transitioning from hidden laneway secrets to world-class murals that define the city's skyline. Areas like Fortitude Valley and West End are the beating hearts of this movement, where every corner tells a story through vibrant colours and bold tags. Our VIP experience taps directly into this local heritage, often taking place near iconic spots where the masters have left their mark. We don't just teach you to paint; we give you the context of the Brissie scene, explaining the styles and stories that make our city's walls unique.

Fun Fact: Did you know Brisbane hosts the 'Brisbane Street Art Festival' (BSAF), one of the biggest of its kind in Australia? It turns the whole city into a live gallery every year! ✨
