Do I need to be artistic or have experience to join?

You don't need any art skills at all! Most of our workshop participants in Brisbane haven't touched a spray can since high school, if ever. Our professional artists are pros at breaking down complex techniques into simple, fun steps that anyone can follow. We focus on the 'fun' in Graffitifun, ensuring you walk away feeling like a creative legend regardless of your starting point.

Is the workshop safe and do you provide gear?

Safety is our top priority. We provide high-quality masks, gloves, and protective suits to keep those fumes out and your clothes clean. Our workshops take place in well-ventilated areas, and our instructors are trained to manage the equipment safely. We use professional-grade low-pressure cans that are much easier to control than standard hardware store paint, making the experience safe and enjoyable for everyone.

How long does a typical graffiti session last?

Standard cultural event workshops in Brisbane typically run for about 2 to 2.5 hours. This gives us enough time to cover the history of the movement, learn the basic techniques on practice walls, and then collaborate on a final masterpiece. If you have a specific schedule or are part of a larger festival, we can definitely tailor the duration to fit your event's needs perfectly.

Can you bring the workshop to our specific event location?

Absolutely! While we love hosting groups at our partner locations in Brissie, we are fully mobile. We can bring the entire graffiti experience to your cultural festival, community centre, or corporate office. We just need a suitable outdoor space or a very well-ventilated indoor area. We handle all the setup and the cleanup, leaving your venue exactly how we found it—except maybe with one extra awesome canvas!

What happens if it rains on the day of the event?

We've got you covered! For outdoor sessions, we always monitor the Brisbane weather closely. If light rain is forecast, we can often work under gazebos or cover. If the weather is looking properly 'un-Australian' and miserable, we can reschedule or move to an indoor backup location. Plus, we have extra artists on standby to ensure your event goes ahead no matter what personal hiccups might arise.

How does the payment process work?

Because we want you to have total peace of mind, we don't require upfront payments for most bookings. You can book your Brisbane graffiti experience now and pay after the workshop is finished. This ensures you are 100% satisfied with the creative explosion we've provided before a single cent leaves your pocket. It’s all part of our commitment to a stress-free, fun experience.

What should I wear and bring to the workshop?

We recommend wearing comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes that you don't mind getting a tiny bit of 'art' on, just in case. While we provide full protective suits, spray paint can be sneaky! Apart from that, just bring your enthusiasm and maybe some ideas. If you're stuck, our artists have plenty of inspiration ready to go. We provide the cans, caps, boards, and safety gear.

Local culture

Brisbane’s street art scene has absolutely exploded over the last decade. From the iconic murals of the Brisbane Street Art Festival (BSAF) to the hidden gems tucked away in the Burnett Lane, the River City is a living gallery. Our workshops tap into this local energy, nodding to the legends who transformed Brissie from a 'big country town' into a global street art destination. We love hosting sessions near the creative hubs of Fortitude Valley and New Farm, where inspiration is around every corner.

Fun Fact: Brisbane is home to some of the largest legal street art walls in Australia, making it a perfect playground for aspiring artists to learn the ropes without the stress! 🎨

Pricing

Our workshop prices are as flexible as our art. Depending on your group size, location in Brisbane, and the specific materials required, prices typically range between:

We believe in transparency and value, which is why we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee and a "pay after the event" policy for your peace of mind. 🔥
