Is the graffiti workshop safe for children?

Most definitely! We take safety very seriously. We provide all kids with protective overalls, gloves, and high-quality masks to ensure they aren't breathing in fumes. Our professional artists are also experts at managing groups of children, ensuring everyone uses the equipment correctly while having a blast. We use premium low-pressure spray cans that are easier for smaller hands to control safely.

How long does a typical birthday workshop last?

Our standard kids birthday workshops in Brisbane typically run for about 1.5 to 2 hours. This provides the perfect amount of time to learn the basic techniques, practice some tag designs, and complete a final masterpiece on their own canvas or a shared wall. It’s a high-energy session that keeps them fully engaged without getting overtired!

What is the best age for a graffiti party?

We recommend our graffiti parties for kids aged 6 and up. At this age, they generally have the hand strength to press the spray caps and the focus to follow the artist's instructions. For teenagers, we ramp up the technical difficulty to keep things challenging and cool. It’s a hit with almost every age group in between!

Do we come to you, or do you have a studio?

We are totally flexible! We can host the event at a cool outdoor legal street art spot in Brisbane, or we can come to your backyard or a local park. If we come to you, we set up protective plastic sheeting and 'cellograff' (clear wrap between poles) so there is zero mess left behind on your property.

Is it just messy spraying, or do they actually learn something?

Actually, the opposite! We use professional-grade spray paint and high-quality canvases or boards. The kids learn real artistic skills like fading, outlining, and highlighting. While the vibe is fun and relaxed, the 'artwork' they create is often good enough to hang straight on their bedroom wall. It’s a genuine creative learning experience disguised as a party!

Do I need to provide any materials?

Not at all! We provide everything required for the ultimate street art experience. This includes all the spray paint in a huge range of colours, caps, gloves, masks, and protective suits. We also bring the canvases or boards that the kids get to keep. You just need to provide the refreshments and the eager young artists!

What happens if it rains on the day?

Don't sweat the weather! If you've booked an outdoor session and it looks like a washout, we can often relocate to a sheltered area or reschedule the date. We also have backup artists on standby for every booking, so you never have to worry about a last-minute cancellation from our side. Your party is in safe hands!

Local culture

Brisbane (or 'Brissie' as we love to call it) has a thriving street art scene that rivals the best in the world. From the iconic murals in Fish Lane to the hidden gems in the laneways of West End, our city is a massive outdoor gallery. Our workshops take inspiration from the bright, bold colours of the Sunshine State! ☀️

Fun Fact: Did you know Brisbane hosts the 'Brisbane Street Art Festival' every year, turning the whole city into a live canvas? Your kids could be the next big name featured on a wall in the CBD! 🎨

We love the laid-back, creative energy of Brisbane, and we bring that exact vibe to every kids' birthday party we host. No matter where you are in the 4000 postcode and beyond, we’re ready to spray!
