Do we need any previous artistic experience to participate?

Absolutely not! Our Eindhoven leadership graffiti workshops are designed for everyone, from stick-figure doodlers to secret Picassos. Our professional artists guide you through basic spray techniques, fading, and outlining before we dive into the leadership modules. The focus is on communication, trial and error, and collaborative strategy rather than fine art skills. You’ll be amazed at what your team can produce when you work together under pressure.

Is the workshop safe and what protective gear is provided?

Safety is our top priority at Graffitifun. We provide high-quality FFP3 face masks, protective gloves, and disposable overalls to keep everyone safe and clean. We use professional-grade spray paints in a well-ventilated outdoor or indoor environment. Our trainers are experienced in managing groups and ensure that all equipment is handled correctly. We recommend wearing comfortable clothes and shoes that you don't mind getting a tiny bit of dust on.

How long does a typical leadership graffiti session last?

Our leadership workshops usually last between 2 and 3 hours. This allows enough time for an introduction to street art history, a technical skills session, the collaborative brainstorming phase, and the final 'Masterpiece' execution. We can also adapt the duration to fit your specific corporate schedule in Eindhoven, whether you want a quick energiser or an intensive half-day deep dive into team dynamics and leadership styles.

Where in Eindhoven do the workshops take place?

We are highly flexible! We can host your team at one of Eindhoven's iconic legal graffiti zones, such as the Berenkuil, for an authentic street feel. Alternatively, we can come to your office car park or a rented event space. If the weather doesn't play ball, we have several indoor partner locations throughout the city where we use low-odour water-based cans or high-spec ventilation. We'll find the perfect spot for your crew.

What are the payment terms for corporate bookings?

Unlike many other providers, we don't require upfront payments to secure your booking. You can book your date and confirm the details with us, and then pay via invoice after the workshop has successfully taken place. This keeps things simple for your accounts department and gives you total peace of mind. Our 100% satisfaction guarantee means we are confident you'll love the experience before a cent leaves your pocket.

How does graffiti actually help with leadership development?

Street art is a perfect metaphor for modern leadership. Unlike a solo painting, a large-scale mural requires a vision, clear delegation, and the ability to adapt when someone else 'sprays over' your area. It highlights how leaders manage chaos, how they encourage their team to take creative risks, and how they handle the permanent nature of a 'mistake' on wood or wall. It’s raw, honest, and incredibly revealing.

The experience

Why choose graffiti for your next leadership session in Eindhoven? Because traditional training often stays in the head, while graffiti gets into the hands and heart. 🚀

Instant feedback: In graffiti, your actions have immediate visual consequences—just like in a fast-moving business! 💪
Breaks down silos: Hierarchies vanish when everyone is wearing a mask and holding a spray can.
Encourages risk-taking: Learn to embrace the permanent nature of spray paint and turn "mistakes" into masterpieces. 🎤
Boosts creative problem solving: Navigate the challenges of space, colour, and layering as a unified unit.
Memorable branding: Create a physical piece of art that represents your company's future vision. 🏆
Eindhoven vibe: Perfectly aligns with the city's reputation for tech, design, and 'Maker' culture.

Step by step

The briefing: Your team meets our pro artists at a top Eindhoven spot to discuss the day's leadership goals and safety basics.
Tool kit intro: Learn how to handle the cans, choose nozzles (caps), and understand the pressure and flow of the paint.
Individual practice: Each leader gets their own space to overcome the 'fear of the blank canvas' and find their personal style.
Vision session: The group brainstorms a central theme or corporate value that needs to be visualised on the main wall.
Role delegation: Leaders must assign tasks—who handles the outlines, who does the fills, and who manages the overall 'big picture' perspective.
The collaborative spray: The team works together in real-time. This is where communication and agile leadership truly come into play.
Feedback loop: Our trainers provide mid-session prompts to challenge the group’s direction and force adaptive thinking.
The final reveal: Step back and admire the massive mural that didn't exist two hours ago—a physical manifestation of team effort.
Debrief: A facilitated discussion on how the lessons learned at the wall translate back to the Eindhoven boardroom.
