Do I need prior graffiti experience to join the training?

Absolutely! No prior experience with a spray can is necessary. Our Eindhoven training is specifically designed to take you from 'zero to hero'. We start with basic safety and can control before moving into advanced artistic techniques. You will learn the exact steps needed to teach others, meaning you don't need to be a professional artist to become a fantastic graffiti educator. We provide a supportive, judgement-free environment for all skill levels.

Will I receive any teaching materials to take home?

Yes, we provide all participants with a comprehensive digital toolkit and a physical 'Teacher's Guide'. This includes lesson plans, safety checklists, equipment lists, and troubleshooting tips for common classroom scenarios. We want to ensure that when you return to your school or studio in Eindhoven, you have all the resources necessary to lead a successful, safe, and engaging graffiti workshop for your own students from day one.

What safety measures are covered during the professional development?

Safety is our absolute priority. We provide high-quality FFP3 masks, gloves, and protective suits for all trainees. During the session, we teach you how to set up a safe workspace, how to manage ventilation, and how to supervise students to ensure they use the equipment correctly. You'll learn the legalities of street art and how to differentiate between 'street art' and 'vandalism' for your students' benefit.

How long does the teacher training session last?

The training typically lasts between 3 and 4 hours. This timeframe is carefully structured to balance theoretical knowledge with intensive hands-on practice. We find this is the 'sweet spot' for art teachers to absorb the pedagogy while having enough time to master the physical spray painting techniques. We can also customise the duration for larger faculty groups or specific school requirements in the Brabant region.

Can the training be held at my own school or facility?

We can host the training at one of our vibrant local street art spots in Eindhoven, or we can come directly to your school or institution. Many teachers prefer us to come to them so we can help assess their specific facilities and advise on the best locations for future student workshops. We bring all the necessary protective flooring and equipment to ensure your school grounds remain tidy and professional.

What specific classroom management techniques will I learn?

One of the highlights of our training is the 'Tips & Tricks' module. We teach you how to help students who feel 'stuck', how to manage different skill levels within one class, and how to ensure every student leaves with a piece of art they are proud of. We share our secret methods for 'fixing' common mistakes on the fly, ensuring your future workshops are always a 100% success.
