Is the graffiti workshop suitable for people with limited mobility?

Absolutely! We tailor every session in Tavua to the specific abilities of our participants. We use low-pressure spray cans that are easier to handle, and our artists provide one-on-one guidance to ensure everyone feels confident. Whether it's choosing colours or helping with the spray technique, we're there to support every step of the creative journey while maintaining a relaxed and fun atmosphere.

What safety measures do you have in place for special needs groups?

Safety and comfort are our top priorities. All participants are provided with high-quality protective gear, including masks and gloves. For those sensitive to smells or noise, we can host sessions in well-ventilated outdoor areas or use specialised low-odour paints upon request. We also ensure the environment is kept calm and manageable to prevent sensory overload, making it a safe space for everyone to explore their artistic side.

How long does a special needs graffiti workshop usually last?

The duration is flexible! A typical session lasts between 1.5 and 3 hours. We understand that some groups might need more frequent breaks or a slower pace, so we adjust the schedule to suit the energy levels and attention spans of the participants. We never rush the process; the goal is to enjoy the creative flow and the vibrant Tavua sunshine while making something beautiful.

Do we need to travel to a specific studio in Tavua?

We bring the art studio to you! We can set up our mobile graffiti walls at South Pacific schools, care centres, or community parks in Tavua. All we need is an outdoor space (or a very well-ventilated indoor one). This makes the experience highly accessible, as participants don't have to travel far from their familiar environments to enjoy a day of professional street art.

What do participants need to bring with them?

Just their enthusiasm! Graffitifun provides everything required for the workshop: premium spray cans in every colour of the rainbow, protective clothing, masks, gloves, and the canvases or walls themselves. We recommend wearing old clothes and comfortable shoes just in case a little bit of 'accidental art' happens, but otherwise, we take care of all the logistics from start to finish.

Do participants need prior artistic experience?

Not at all! Our workshops are designed for absolute beginners. Our professional artists are experts at breaking down the basics of street art into simple, easy-to-follow steps. We focus more on the sensory experience and the joy of creation than on technical perfection. In Tavua, we celebrate every spray and every tag as a unique expression of the individual.

How do I book a session and when do I pay?

Booking is easy and stress-free. You don't need to pay anything upfront! Simply reach out to us with your group size and any specific requirements. We will provide a custom quote and pencil in a date. You only pay after the workshop is complete and everyone is happy with their masterpieces. This ensures a 100% satisfaction-focused experience for your group.

Local culture

Tavua, nestled in the shadow of the majestic Gold Mine and the rolling hills of Viti Levu, is a place of incredible community spirit. While it might be known for its industry and agriculture, the local heart is pure gold. We bring that same community warmth to our graffiti sessions, ensuring that our workshops feel like a celebration with friends. From the bustling market vibes to the quiet beauty of the surrounding fields, the local scenery inspires many of our colour choices!

Fun Fact: Did you know Tavua is often called the "Gold Town"? We love incorporating touches of gold paint into our workshop designs here to pay homage to the city's rich history! 🏆
