Do we need any previous art experience to participate?

Absolutely! Most of our university workshop participants in Alytus have never held a spray can before. Our professional artists start with a safety briefing and basic techniques, such as how to control pressure and create clean lines. We guide you through the entire process, ensuring everyone feels confident and creative by the time they start on their main piece.

What materials are included in the university workshop?

We provide everything you need for a successful session. This includes high-quality spray paint in a wide variety of colours, protective overalls, gloves, and professional-grade masks. We also bring caps (nozzles) for different effects and boards or wall space for the canvases. You just need to show up in comfortable clothes that you don't mind getting a little dusty.

How long does a typical graffiti session last?

A standard university workshop in Alytus usually lasts between 1.5 and 3 hours. This timeframe allows for a comprehensive introduction, a practice session on technique, the actual creation of the graffiti mural or canvases, and a final 'photo op' with the finished work. We can adjust the duration based on your society's schedule or event timeline.

Is the spray paint safe to use for students?

Safety is our number one priority. We provide high-quality FFP2 or FFP3 respirator masks to protect against fumes, nitrile gloves, and full-body protective suits. Our workshops are ideally held in well-ventilated outdoor areas or specially ventilated indoor spaces. Our instructors are also trained to manage group safety and ensure everyone uses the equipment correctly and responsibly.

Can we choose a specific theme for our graffiti artwork?

Yes! We can tailor the workshop to focus on a specific theme, such as student union values, university pride, or a particular academic subject. Alternatively, we can let students' imaginations run wild with a free-style session. Many Alytus student groups choose to create a large collaborative mural that represents their specific faculty or social club.

Where in Alytus do the workshops take place?

We are very flexible with locations. We can host the workshop at a designated graffiti zone in Alytus, or we can bring the experience directly to your campus if there is a suitable outdoor space. If the weather is poor, we have indoor solutions using large plastic sheeting and floor protection to ensure no permanent marks are left on the university property.

How does the payment process work for student groups?

We understand that student budgets and university event planning can be complex. That is why we offer a 'pay after the workshop' policy. You don't need to worry about upfront deposits; we send the invoice once the session is successfully completed. This ensures you are 100% satisfied with the experience before the final payment is processed.

Total stress relief: There is nothing more therapeutic than the hiss of a spray can and seeing your ideas come to life on a large scale.
Authentic experience: You aren't just doodling; you are learning real techniques from established street artists.
Unique social content: Your Instagram and TikTok feeds will thank you—graffiti workshops are incredibly visual and shareable.

Custom locations: We can come to your Alytus campus or host you at a dedicated local street art spot.

Step by step

Initial briefing: We kick off on campus or at our Alytus site with a quick intro to graffiti history and safety protocols.
Design brainstorming: Your group works with our artists to sketch out ideas that represent your university society or faculty.
Can control practice: Learn the 'anatomy' of a spray can, practicing thin lines, thick fills, and fading techniques on practice boards.
Outline phase: Once confident, students begin sketching the main design onto the primary canvas or wall.
Adding colour: This is where the magic happens—filling in the design with vibrant hues and learning how to blend colours.
Cutting and highlights: Our artists show you how to 'cut' edges for a professional look and add those vital highlights and shadows.
The finishing touch: Add tags, outlines, and final details to make the artwork pop.
Group photo: We document the final masterpiece with the whole crew—perfect for your student union social media.

Local culture

Alytus has a unique creative pulse that often goes unnoticed by those outside the city. From the rhythmic flow of the Nemunas River to the artistic spirit found in local galleries, the city is a canvas waiting to be explored. Our workshops tap into this local energy, drawing inspiration from the urban landscapes of the Vidzgiris forest and the industrial heritage of the region. We love bringing street art to the students here, as Alytus has a growing reputation for supporting local youth initiatives and cultural development. By hosting your workshop here, you are participating in a creative tradition that blends the city's green spaces with its modern, urban evolution. Plus, being close to Kaunas and Vilnius means we are part of a wider Lithuanian street art network that is constantly pushing boundaries.
