Do I need to be an artist to join the workshop?

Not at all! Our workshops are designed for everyone, from total beginners to seasoned creatives. Our professional artists will guide you through the basics of can control, lines, and shading. By the time you're done, you'll be amazed at the masterpiece you've created. It’s all about having fun, experimenting with colours, and trying something completely new with your uni mates.

What materials are provided during the session?

We’ve got you covered! We provide professional-grade spray cans in a huge range of vibrant colours, high-quality masks, gloves, and protective suits to keep your clothes clean. We also provide the boards or canvases you'll be painting on. Just make sure to wear comfortable shoes and clothes you don't mind getting a tiny bit of dust on—we're getting creative, after all!

How long does a typical graffiti workshop last?

A standard university workshop in Grevenmacher typically lasts between 1.5 to 3 hours. This gives us enough time for a brief introduction, some practice runs on plastic foil, and then the main event: creating your final mural or canvas project. We can always adjust the timing to fit your university's schedule or event itinerary if needed.

Is the workshop safe for university students?

Absolutely! Safety is our number one priority. We use high-quality, professional equipment, including FFP2 masks and gloves, and our artists are experienced in managing groups safely. We usually hold sessions outdoors or in well-ventilated spaces to ensure everyone can breathe easy while they work. You're in safe hands with the Graffitifun team!

What is the minimum and maximum group size?

We are incredibly flexible with group sizes! Whether it's a small student society committee of 10 or a massive freshers' week event for 100+ students, we have the staff and materials to make it happen. For larger groups, we bring in extra artists to ensure everyone gets enough attention and guidance. Just let us know your numbers for a custom quote!

Can you host the workshop on our university campus?

Yes, we can! While we have several street art locations and partners throughout Luxembourg, we are totally mobile. If your university campus in Grevenmacher has a suitable outdoor area or a well-ventilated indoor hall, we can bring the entire graffiti studio to you. It's a fantastic way to transform a familiar campus space into a temporary art gallery.

Do we need to pay in advance?

We understand how student budgets and university financing work. That’s why we offer a 'no upfront payment' policy. You can book your date and confirm the details, and payment is only handled after the workshop has successfully taken place. This ensures you are 100% satisfied with the experience before the invoice is settled.

Local culture

Grevenmacher might be famous for its stunning vineyards and the Butterfly Garden, but it's also a town with a growing appreciation for modern, urban culture. Nestled right on the border with Germany, Grevenmacher has a unique, international vibe that fits perfectly with the inclusive and expressive nature of street art. We love bringing our workshops to this part of Luxembourg, where the calm of the river meets the high-energy "hiss" of the spray can. 🎨

Fun Fact: Did you know that the "Kulturhuef" in Grevenmacher is a hub for local creativity? While they focus on printing and cinema, we like to think our graffiti workshops add that raw, modern edge to the town's vibrant artistic community!

Our university workshops are designed to be high-impact but budget-friendly for student organisations and departments.
