Do the kids need any previous drawing or art skills?

Absolutely! No prior artistic experience is needed to join our youth projects in Grevenmacher. Our professional artists are expert mentors who break down complex spraying techniques into easy, manageable steps. We focus on building confidence and having a blast, ensuring every participant leaves with a piece of art they are genuinely proud of. It’s all about the experience and self-expression!

Is the graffiti workshop safe for teenagers?

Safety is our number one priority. We provide high-quality protective gear, including overall suits, gloves, and specialised masks to ensure everyone stays clean and safe. Our spray paints are selected for their quality, and our instructors provide a comprehensive safety briefing before any cans are shaken. We always work in well-ventilated areas or outdoors to ensure a healthy environment for all budding artists.

How long does a typical youth graffiti session last?

A standard youth project workshop typically lasts between 1.5 to 3 hours. This timeframe allows enough room for an introduction to street art history, a demonstration of techniques, individual practice, and the final creation of a large-scale mural or individual canvases. We can also adjust the timing to fit into a specific school schedule or community centre event if required.

What materials are included in the workshop package?

We provide everything needed for a complete street art experience. This includes a wide array of premium spray cans in every colour of the rainbow, protective clothing, masks, gloves, and the painting surface (whether that’s a professional mobile wall or individual canvases). You just need to show up in old clothes and shoes that you don't mind getting a little paint on!

What happens if it rains on the day of the event?

Grevenmacher is beautiful, but the weather doesn't always play ball! If rain is forecast, we have several options. We can move the workshop to a covered outdoor area or an indoor space using specialised low-odour paints and protective floor coverings. Alternatively, thanks to our flexible booking system and backup artists, we can often reschedule to a date when the Luxembourgish sun is shining.

Can we create one big mural together as a group?

Yes, we love working on large-scale community murals! For youth projects in Grevenmacher, we can facilitate a collaborative session where everyone contributes to one massive piece of art. This is fantastic for team building and gives the local youth a real sense of ownership over a space. Whether it's a temporary wall or a permanent community fixture, we make it happen.

How do we book a workshop for our youth group?

Booking is simple and risk-free. You can start by using our online Cost Calculator to get an instant estimate, or just reach out via our contact form. We don’t require any upfront payment—you only pay after the workshop is successfully completed. With our pool of backup artists, we ensure your event goes ahead no matter what. Step by step

The warm-up: We start with a high-energy intro about the history of graffiti and street art culture.
Safety first: Everyone gets geared up in protective suits, masks, and gloves while learning the 'dos and don'ts'.
Mastering the can: Our pro artists demonstrate fundamental techniques like fading, outlining, and creating 'fat' or 'skinny' lines.
Sketching ideas: Participants grab markers and paper to brainstorm their designs and 'tags'.
Practice run: Before hitting the main wall, everyone gets to feel the pressure of the spray can on a practice surface.
The main event: The creativity kicks into high gear as the youth start layering their colours on the final project.
The finishing touches: Instructors help with 'cutting' lines and adding highlights to make the artwork pop.
The big reveal: We take a group photo with the finished masterpiece—a perfect moment for social media!
Cleanup: We pack up all materials, leaving the site exactly as we found it (except for the beautiful new art).

Local culture

Grevenmacher isn't just about the beautiful vineyards and the butterfly garden; it's a town with a vibrant spirit that’s perfect for the raw energy of street art. We love bringing our workshops to this scenic spot on the Moselle, where the contrast between traditional Luxembourgish architecture and modern graffiti creates a stunning visual dialogue. Whether we're setting up near the riverfront or at a local community space, the atmosphere in Grevenmacher always inspires something unique.

Fun Fact: Did you know Grevenmacher is famous for its 'Fête du Raisin et du Vin'? Imagine the incredible street art murals we could create inspired by the lush green vines and the flowing river! 🍇✨

Beyond Grevenmacher, we also bring our spray-painting magic to Luxembourg City, Esch-sur-Alzette, Differdange, and Dudelange.
