Do the participants need any prior art skills?

Absolutely! No previous artistic experience is required for our youth projects in Narva. Our professional artists are expert mentors who break down complex techniques into simple, manageable steps. We focus on the 'fun' aspect of creation, allowing participants to experiment freely. Most attendees are amazed by what they can produce in just one session!

Is the workshop safe for young people?

Safety is our absolute priority. We provide high-quality respiratory masks, gloves, and protective overalls for every participant. Our spray paints are selected for low toxicity, and we always conduct workshops in well-ventilated areas or outdoors. Our instructors provide a full safety briefing before any cans are shaken, ensuring a secure environment for everyone.

How long does a typical graffiti session last?

Most of our youth project workshops in Narva last between 2 and 3 hours. This timeframe allows enough time for a thorough introduction, warmup sketching, technique practice, and the final creation of a large-scale mural or individual canvases. We can also adapt the duration to fit into your specific event schedule.

Can you host the workshop at our specific youth centre?

Yes, we are highly mobile! While we have preferred locations in Narva, we can bring the workshop to your youth centre, school grounds, or event space. We use mobile graffiti walls and protective floor coverings to ensure the venue remains clean. Simply let us know your location, and we will handle the logistics.

What materials are included in the price?

We provide everything needed for a complete street art experience. This includes professional-grade spray cans in a wide variety of colours, different types of 'caps' (nozzles) for various effects, protective gear, sketching materials, and the painting surface (canvas or mobile walls). You just need to show up in clothes you don't mind getting a bit of paint on!

What happens if it rains on the day of the workshop?

Narva weather can be unpredictable, but we always have a plan B! We can move the session to an indoor or covered area using low-odour paints, or we can reschedule the workshop to a better day. Our backup artist system also ensures that your event will never be cancelled due to staff illness.

How much does a youth graffiti project cost?

Our pricing for youth projects in Narva typically ranges from €20 to €40 per person. The final cost depends on the group size, the duration of the session, and the specific materials requested (like individual canvases vs. a collaborative mural). We offer special rates for non-profit youth organisations and schools. Reach out for a custom quote!

The experience

Why choose a Graffitifun workshop for your next youth initiative in Narva? Because we don't just teach art—we build confidence and community. Here is why our sessions are a hit with young people:

Real street credit: Learn from authentic graffiti artists who live and breathe the culture. 🔥
Safe & professional: We provide top-of-the-line masks and gear so the only thing 'sick' is the artwork.
No barriers: You don't need to be "good at drawing" to create a stunning piece of street art.
Team building: Collaborative murals teach communication and cooperation in a way no classroom can. 🤝
Zero risk: With our "pay after the workshop" policy and backup artists, your event is in safe hands.
Instant results: Participants see their progress immediately, turning a blank wall into a masterpiece in hours. 🏆

Step by step

Intro & inspiration: We start with a high-energy introduction to graffiti culture and a quick safety briefing to get everyone ready.
Sketching the vision: Participants grab paper and markers to brainstorm their ideas and map out their tags or characters.
Can control basics: Our pros demonstrate how to hold the can, adjust pressure, and swap nozzles for different line widths.
The 'ghost' outline: Youth begin by sketching their design lightly on the wall or canvas using a neutral colour.
Filling with colour: This is the fun part! We teach blending and fading techniques to make the artwork pop with vibrant hues.
The power of the outline: We show how a sharp dark outline defines the piece and gives it that professional street art look.
Adding highlights & details: Final touches like 'flashes' and 'dots' are added to give the piece depth and character.
Clean up & photo op: We pack up the gear and take some epic group photos with the finished masterpiece!

Local culture

Narva is a city where history meets the future, and its unique border-town energy makes it the perfect backdrop for urban art. From the shadow of the Hermann Castle to the revitalised industrial spaces, Narva's architecture is crying out for a splash of modern colour. The youth here are resilient and creative, and our workshops aim to celebrate that spirit.

Fun Fact: Did you know Narva is home to some of the most impressive industrial heritage in Estonia? These vast brick spaces provide the ultimate 'urban' vibe that inspires local artists to think big and bold! 🎨

By bringing our graffiti projects to the banks of the Narva River, we help connect the city's rich past with the vibrant, expressive potential of its younger generation. Whether we're inspired by the local riverside views or the city's modern revitalisation, every workshop is uniquely Narva.
