Why choose a static display when you can provide a living, breathing experience? Our live painting service offers a unique blend of entertainment and branding that Ruse has never seen before. Here is why it works:

  • Unmatched engagement: Guests stop and stare as they watch the creative process unfold in real-time. 🔥
  • Custom branding: We seamlessly weave your company logo or event theme into the artwork for maximum impact.
  • Perfect social content: Your guests won't be able to resist taking photos and videos, giving you instant social media buzz. 🎤
  • Unique takeaway: At the end of the night, you own a piece of custom art that captures the essence of your event.
  • Zero cancelation worry: With our network of backup artists, we guarantee your performance will happen, rain or shine. 🏆

How it works

  1. Initial consultation: Reach out to us with your event date and venue details in Ruse. We’ll chat about your goals and the vibe you want to achieve.
  2. Concept design: Our artists sketch out a concept that incorporates your brand colours, themes, or specific imagery to ensure it fits the occasion.
  3. Logistics planning: We coordinate with your venue manager regarding space, ventilation, and timing to make sure everything runs smoothly on the day.
  4. Professional setup: On the event day, we arrive early to protect the floors and set up our mobile 'street art studio' with professional-grade gear.
  5. The live Reveal: As your guests arrive, the artist begins. The audience watches the empty canvas transform through layers, shading, and bold outlines.
  6. Active engagement: Our artists are friendly! They’ll answer questions from curious guests and explain the techniques they’re using in real-time.
  7. The final tag: The performance culminates in the final details and the artist's signature, often creating a perfect photo opportunity for attendees.
  8. Post-event handover: Once the piece is dry, we help you decide on the best way to display or transport your new custom mural.

Practical details

Our live painting performances are designed to be hassle-free and professional. We typically require a footprint of approximately 3x2 metres, but we can adapt to smaller spots if needed. A standard session lasts 2 to 4 hours, though we can scale this for full-day festivals. We provide all materials, including pro-grade spray cans, canvases, and protective floor covering to keep the venue spotless. Safety first: we use low-odour paints and can set up ventilation fans or screens to ensure the comfort of your guests. All our artists are fully insured and seasoned pros at working in event environments.💪

Frequently asked questions

Can we choose what the artist paints during the live session?

Our live painting performances in Ruse are completely customisable. While many clients love seeing their logo or brand colours integrated into the piece, we can also create abstract art, character pieces, or scenes related to your event theme. We discuss the concept with you beforehand to ensure the final mural aligns perfectly with your vision and event atmosphere.🎨

Is the paint smell overwhelming for indoor events?

Not at all! Our professional artists use high-quality low-odour spray paint and specialized markers designed for event environments. If your venue has standard ventilation, it won’t be an issue. For smaller indoor spaces, we can also use water-based acrylic paints to ensure a pleasant environment for your guests while the masterpiece comes to life.✨

How long does a typical live painting performance last?

Standard live painting sessions usually last between 2 and 4 hours, which perfectly matches the peak energy of most corporate events or weddings. However, we are flexible! If you have a multi-day festival or a short product launch, we can adjust the complexity of the artwork to fit your specific schedule. We always aim for that 'wow' moment when the piece is finished.⏱️

What do I need to provide for the artist at the venue?

We take care of almost everything! Our team brings the paint, protective floor coverings, and professional lighting if needed. All we generally need from you is a flat space for the canvas or wall (usually about 3x2 metres) and a nearby power outlet for our gear. We handle the setup and the cleanup, leaving the venue exactly as we found it.🧼

What happens to the artwork after the event ends?

That is the best part! Once the performance is over and the paint is dry, the artwork is yours to keep. Many of our Ruse clients choose to hang the finished canvas in their office lobby, staff canteen, or even auction it off for charity. It serves as a lasting, vibrant memory of a great day.🏆

Is live painting safe for guests and spectators?

Safety is our top priority. We use non-toxic materials and provide protective barriers if the painting area is close to a high-traffic zone. Our artists are experienced professionals who maintain a clean and organised workspace, ensuring that the spectacle remains fun and hazard-free for everyone attending your event in Ruse.🛡️
