Why choose us in Tallinn?

Why choose a graffiti workshop for your next youth project in the Estonian capital? It’s about more than just paint on a wall—it’s about building bridges and breaking boundaries. 🚀

  • Authentic self-expression: Graffiti gives a voice to those who might struggle with traditional art forms.
  • Teamwork and collaboration: Designing a large-scale mural requires communication and shared goals.
  • Professional mentorship: Our artists are not just teachers; they are role models who share their passion and career journeys. 🎤
  • Skill development: Participants learn motor skills, colour theory, and spatial planning in an exciting way.
  • Safe environment: We take the 'rebellion' of graffiti and channel it into a positive, legal, and safe community activity.
  • Instant results: There is nothing more satisfying for a young person than seeing their giant artwork finished in just two hours! 🏆

How it works

  1. Introduction & safety briefing: We start with a high-energy intro, teaching the group about the history of graffiti and how to use the equipment safely.
  2. Mastering the can: Participants learn the 'secret' techniques of the pros, from creating thin lines to filling large areas smoothly.
  3. Sketching the vision: Our artists help the youth brainstorm and sketch their designs, whether it's a collaborative mural or individual pieces.
  4. First outlines: It’s time to hit the wall! Everyone starts by mapping out their shapes under the watchful eye of our experts.
  5. Adding the colour: This is where the magic happens. We dive into the vibrant world of colour blending and 'fades'.
  6. Sharpening the edges: We teach the group how to use 'outlining' and 'highlights' to make their art pop off the wall.
  7. The grand reveal: We step back to admire the collective work, snap some epic photos, and celebrate the creative achievement.

Frequently asked questions

Is the graffiti workshop safe for teenagers and young people?

Absolutely! Safety is our top priority for youth projects in Tallinn. We provide high-quality FFP3 masks, protective gloves, and disposable overalls to keep everyone clean. Our professional artists are trained to supervise groups and ensure the spray cans are used correctly and responsibly. We only use high-quality paint that is safe for outdoor use under proper guidance.

How long does a typical youth graffiti session last?

Most of our youth project workshops in Tallinn last between 90 minutes and 2 hours. This is the 'sweet spot' where energy levels stay high and everyone has enough time to finish their masterpiece without getting tired. We can adjust the timing to fit your specific youth group schedule or event timeline if needed.

What is the ideal group size for a youth project?

We are flexible! Whether you have a small youth club of 10 people or a large community project with 50+ participants, we can handle it. For very large groups, we simply bring in more of our professional artists and set up extra 'graffiti zones' to ensure everyone gets plenty of hands-on spray time.

Do the participants need any previous art experience?

Not at all! Our workshops are designed for complete beginners. Our artists start with the basics—how to hold the can, different nozzle techniques, and safety. By the end of the session, even those who claim they 'can’t draw a stick figure' will be amazed at the professional-looking street art they’ve created.

What happens if it rains on the day of the workshop?

Tallinn weather can be unpredictable! If we are working outdoors and it rains, we try to move to a covered area or use a 'pop-up' shelter. If that’s not possible, we can reschedule or move to an indoor location using canvases and water-based low-odour paints. We always have a backup plan to ensure the fun doesn't stop.

What materials are included in the price?

We provide everything! Your booking includes all the premium spray paint, a huge variety of 'caps' (nozzles) for different effects, protective gear (suits, masks, gloves), and the surface to paint on—whether that’s a legal wall, large wooden boards, or individual canvases that the youth can take home.

Where in Tallinn do the workshops take place?

Tallinn has several amazing legal zones like the ones near Telliskivi. Depending on your project goals, we can host the workshop at a designated public street art spot, at your youth centre, or even at a private location we arrange. We’ll discuss the best spot with you during the booking process to make it as convenient as possible.
