Do we need to provide our own protective gear?

Absolutely! We provide high-quality protective overalls, gloves, and specialised masks to ensure everyone stays clean and safe. While we take every precaution, we still recommend that participants wear comfortable clothes and shoes they don't mind getting a tiny bit of paint on, just in case they decide to get extra enthusiastic with the spray cans during the fundraiser!

What if our donors aren't 'artistic' people?

Our graffiti charity events in Kuopio are designed for everyone! You don't need any prior artistic experience. Our professional artists guide your donors and guests through the entire process, from holding the can to masterminding a mural. We focus on 'fun-art' rather than 'fine-art,' ensuring that every participant feels proud of their contribution to your cause.

Where in Kuopio can these workshops take place?

We are very flexible! We can host the event at an outdoor public space (with permits), at your own venue if you have a suitable wall or yard, or we can arrange a professional studio space. For indoor events, we use high-quality low-odour paints and protective floor coverings to ensure the venue remains spotless after the creativity concludes.

How long does a typical charity workshop last?

Generally, we recommend a duration of 2 to 3 hours for a charity event. This allows enough time for a proper introduction, technique practice, and the creation of a meaningful collective masterpiece. However, we can adapt the schedule to fit into a larger gala or community festival timeline if you have a specific itinerary in mind.

Can the artwork be auctioned off afterwards?

Yes! We can facilitate the creation of individual canvases that donors can take home, or a large-scale collaborative mural on wood or canvas panels. These large pieces are often sold at the end of the night via a live auction, which is a fantastic way to generate additional significant funds for your organisation.

Do we need to pay in advance for the event?

We understand that planning a fundraiser involves many moving parts. That’s why we don't require upfront payments. You can settle the invoice after the workshop is completed and you are 100% satisfied with the results. This allows you to focus on your fundraising goals without worrying about immediate cash flow issues.

How do you ensure the safety of the participants?

Safety is our top priority. We use professional-grade equipment, and our artists are trained to manage groups safely. We provide all necessary safety briefings before a single can is shaken. Additionally, we have backup artists on standby for every booking, so you never have to worry about a cancellation ruining your big fundraising day.
