Is live painting safe for indoor events in Liverpool?

Absolutely! We use low-odour, professional-grade spray paints and acrylics. If your Liverpool venue is indoors, we can use water-based spray paints or paint markers to ensure there are no fumes or mess. We also provide floor protection and screens to keep the surrounding area pristine while the art comes to life.

How much setup time is required before the event starts?

The artist usually arrives 60-90 minutes before the performance begins to set up the canvas, prep the background colours, and organise the workspace. This ensures everything is ready the moment your guests start arriving, allowing for a seamless transition into the creative entertainment.

What surfaces can the artist paint on?

The beauty of live painting is its flexibility. We can paint on large-scale canvases, custom-built wooden walls, or even objects like sneakers or suitcases. Most clients in Liverpool opt for a 2x3 metre canvas, which provides a great visual impact without taking up too much floor space.

Can we request a specific design or brand logo?

Of course! We love incorporating brand colours, specific logos, or event themes into the piece. During the booking process, we'll discuss your vision so the artist can create a sketch that aligns perfectly with your Liverpool event's goals while maintaining that authentic street art edge.

How long does a live painting performance usually last?

Typically, a live painting session lasts between 2 and 4 hours. This timeframe allows your guests to see the piece evolve from a rough sketch into a polished masterpiece. We can adjust the speed of the artist to match the flow of your specific itinerary or keynote speeches.

What happens to the artwork after the event ends?

Once the paint is dry, the artwork is yours to keep! It makes a fantastic addition to your office lobby, a unique giveaway for a lucky guest, or a piece of memorabilia for the event organiser. If it's a large canvas, we can even help advise on how to transport it.

Local culture

Liverpool is a city that breathes creativity, from the iconic murals of The Beatles to the world-class street art lining the streets of the Baltic Triangle. We love bringing our live painting performances to a city with such a rich visual history. The Scouse spirit is all about boldness and originality, which is exactly what our artists bring to the table. Whether we're influenced by the maritime heritage of the Mersey or the modern, edgy vibe of the local music scene, our art feels right at home here.

Fun Fact: Liverpool is home to some of the largest street art murals in the UK, including the massive "For All Liverpool's Liver Birds" which has become a symbol of the city's modern artistic identity! 🎨

Pricing

Our live painting packages in Liverpool are designed to be as flexible as the art itself. Prices generally range from £25 to £55 per person for interactive sessions, or fixed performance fees for live mural creation.

Because every event is unique, the final cost depends on the size of the canvas, the duration of the performance, and the materials used. We don't require any upfront payment – you only pay after the masterpiece is complete! 🏆
