Do I need to be artistic or have drawing skills?

Absolutely no experience is required! Our onboarding workshops in Liverpool are specifically designed for beginners. Our professional street artists will guide you through everything from how to hold the spray can to advanced layering techniques. You’ll be amazed at the high-quality piece you can produce in just one session. We provide a supportive, judgment-free environment where the goal is to have fun and try something new.

What should I wear and is it safe?

Safety is our top priority. We provide high-quality respiratory masks, protective gloves, and disposable ponchos to keep your clothes clean. We recommend wearing comfortable 'old' clothes and trainers just in case, as spray paint can be unpredictable. Our artists are fully trained in health and safety protocols, ensuring a secure environment for everyone to get creative without worrying about the mess.

How long does the graffiti workshop last?

A standard Liverpool workshop typically lasts between 1.5 and 2.5 hours. This gives us enough time for a health and safety briefing, a demonstration of basic techniques, practice sessions on 'blank' walls, and the final creation of your own masterpiece. We can also adjust the timing to fit into your specific event schedule if you are on a tight deadline.

Where in Liverpool do the workshops take place?

We are highly flexible! We can host the workshop at one of our partner urban locations across Liverpool, or we can bring the entire setup to your office, warehouse, or an outdoor space you have access to. We use mobile "graffiti walls" (heavy-duty plastic wrap or wooden panels) to ensure we leave the venue exactly as we found it—apart from the great memories!

How does the 'pay after' system work?

We believe in our service so much that we don't require upfront payments for most bookings. You can book your date and confirm the details, and payment is only handled after the workshop has been successfully completed. This gives you total peace of mind and ensures we are 100% committed to delivering an outstanding experience for your group.

What happens if it rains on the day?

Rain won't stop the fun! We have access to several sheltered and indoor locations throughout Liverpool that allow us to spray regardless of the UK weather. If you have booked an outdoor session and the forecast looks poor, we will coordinate with you to move to a covered area or adjust the timing to ensure everyone stays dry while they create.

The experience

Why choose a graffiti workshop for your next Liverpool outing? It’s the perfect antidote to boring meetings and standard social nights. Here is why we are the top choice:

Break the ice: Nothing brings people together like the shared thrill of trying something totally new and slightly "rebellious." 🔥
Epic locations: We work in some of Liverpool's coolest industrial spaces and outdoor street art zones.
Pro guidance: No "art teachers" here—only real graffiti artists who live and breathe this culture. 💪
Zero stress booking: With our "pay after" policy and backup artists always on standby, your event is guaranteed to happen.
Interactive tools: Use our Tag Creator to prep your designs before you even arrive at the workshop! 🎤

Step by step

The warm welcome: Meet your pro artist at our Liverpool street art spot and get kitted out in your protective gear.
Safety & setup: A quick rundown on how to use the spray cans safely and an introduction to different nozzle types (caps).
Mastering the lines: Your first practice sprays! Learn how to control pressure to create thin lines, thick fades, and dots.
Concept & sketching: Work with our artists to sketch out your design idea or "tag" on paper before taking it to the wall.
Filling & fading: Learn the secret "low-pressure" techniques to fill in large areas and create those iconic street art gradients.
Cutting & outlining: This is where the magic happens—using a Sharp border colour to make your design pop off the background.
The finishing touches: Add highlights, 3D effects, and "shines" to give your artwork that professional gallery-ready look.
Group gallery: We wrap up with a group photo session in front of your finished wall—perfect for the 'gram or the office Slack channel!

Local culture

Liverpool is a city that breathes art, from the iconic statues on the Pier Head to the vibrant murals of the Baltic Triangle. Street art is woven into the DNA of the city, echoing the creative energy of the Beatles and the legendary nightlife. Our workshops often take place near the creative hubs of L1 and L8, where the walls tell stories of the city's maritime history and musical heritage.

Fun fact: Liverpool has some of the most famous street murals in the UK, including the massive "Liver Bird" wings in the Baltic Triangle—a must-visit spot for any aspiring artist! 🦅
