Will my team get paint on their clothes?

Absolutely! We provide high-quality protective gear, including overalls, gloves, and masks. While the spray paint is permanent, our gear keeps your professional attire safe. However, we always recommend wearing comfortable clothes and shoes you don't mind getting a little dusty, just in case you decide to go full 'Banksy' and get really hands-on with your masterpiece. We've got the mess covered so you can focus on the art!

What happens if it rains on the day of our outdoor workshop?

We are masters of adaptation! Denver's weather can be unpredictable, so we have several indoor partner locations and mobile setups that allow us to bring the graffiti experience inside without the fumes. If you have an office with high ceilings or a warehouse space, we can often set up there using specialized low-odor paints or protective shielding. Rain or shine, the creativity in Denver never stops.

Do we need to be 'artistic' or have prior experience?

Zero artistic experience is required! In fact, some of the best team results come from people who haven't picked up a marker since grade school. Our professional graffiti artists are expert coaches who break down the techniques into simple, manageable steps. We focus on the 'fun' in functional art, ensuring everyone feels confident enough to spray their first line and leave with a sense of pride.

How long does a typical team building session last?

Most of our Denver team-building sessions run between 1.5 to 3 hours. This gives us enough time for a proper intro, technique practice, and the final group project without it feeling rushed. If you have a specific schedule or a tight conference agenda, let us know! We are experts at tailoring the timing to fit your corporate itinerary perfectly while keeping the energy levels high throughout.

Is the spray paint safe for everyone to use?

Safety is our number one priority. We provide professional-grade respiratory masks and nitryl gloves for all participants. Our artists provide a comprehensive safety briefing before anyone touches a spray can, covering proper ventilation and handling techniques. We use high-quality paints and ensure the environment is set up to be safe, controlled, and enjoyable for every member of your staff, regardless of their comfort level.

Can we customize the workshop to include our company logo?

Definitely! We love incorporating company values, mission statements, or brand logos into the session. You can choose to have your team create a massive collaborative mural that represents your company culture, or have smaller teams compete on specific themes. This makes the experience not just a fun outing, but a powerful bonding exercise that reinforces your brand identity in a colorful, unforgettable way.

What is the maximum group size you can handle in Denver?

Our Denver workshops are flexible! We can accommodate small executive teams of 10 or large department-wide events of 100+. Whether you're a startup in RiNo or a large corporation based in the Tech Center, we scale our artist team and materials to ensure every participant gets individual attention and a chance to contribute to the final masterpiece. No group is too big or too small for a creative spark!

The experience

Why choose a graffiti workshop for your next Denver outing? Because traditional team building is loud, but graffiti is bold. It levels the playing field, allowing the quietest intern and the CEO to collaborate on the same canvas. Here is why Denver teams love us:

Break the ice instantly: There’s something about putting on a suit and holding a spray can that makes everyone laugh and relax immediately. 🔥
Boost real-world collaboration: You’re not just painting; you’re communicating, planning, and executing a vision together. 💪
No skills? No problem: Our pro artists guide you through every step. We guarantee a result you’ll actually want to hang in the office! 🏆
Zero stress planning: We handle the logistics, the cleanup, and the materials. You just show up and let the creativity flow. ✨
Memorable brand building: Incorporate your company values into a piece of art that serves as a permanent reminder of your team's unity. 🎤
Flexible and mobile: We can set up in the heart of LoDo, the tech hubs of Aurora, or right in your own office parking lot! 🎉

Step by step

The warm-up: We start with a high-energy intro where our pro artists share the history of Denver's street art scene and explain the basics of the gear.
Safety first: Everyone gets suited up in protective gear and receives a briefing on how to handle spray cans safely and effectively.
Technique training: Learn the 'bread and butter' of graffiti: how to draw clean lines, create fades, and master the art of the perfect 'tag'.
Concept sketching: Your team huddles up to brainstorm a design that represents your company goals or a specific theme you've chosen.
The main event: It’s time to spray! Watch your collaborative mural come to life as everyone contributes their piece to the larger puzzle.
The finishing touches: Our artists help you refine the details, adding highlights and outlines that make the colors pop and the design professional.
The big reveal: Step back and admire your team’s hard work! We do a final walkthrough where each group explains their creative choices.
Photo op & wrap-up: We capture high-res photos of your team with their masterpiece—perfect for the company newsletter or LinkedIn!

Creative collaboration during a graffiti company outing

Local culture

Denver isn't just about the mountains; it's a world-class destination for urban expression. From the sprawling murals of the River North Art District (RiNo) to the hidden gems in the Art District on Santa Fe, the city lives and breathes color. When you book a graffiti team building session in Denver, you're tapping into a local culture that celebrates "the art of the possible." Our workshops often draw inspiration from the city's iconic landscapes and the bold, geometric styles found throughout local galleries.

Fun Fact: Denver’s RiNo district was once an industrial hub but is now home to one of the most dense collections of street art in the world, thanks in part to the annual CRUSH WALLS festival that brings international artists to our city streets!

We love helping teams connect with this local spirit. Whether we set up at a cool industrial warehouse or an outdoor spot with a view of the skyline, your team will feel the authentic Denver energy in every spray of paint. 🏔️✨
