Do we need to be good at drawing or art to enjoy this?

Absolutely no artistic skill is required! Our professional artists specialize in teaching 'non-creatives' how to handle a spray can. We start with the basics of lines, fades, and fills. You'll be amazed at how quickly your team goes from 'I can't draw a stick figure' to creating an impressive piece of street art. It is all about the process and having fun together!

Is the graffiti workshop safe for my team?

Safety is our top priority. We provide high-quality FFP2/FFP3 respiratory masks, gloves, and protective suits to keep your clothes clean and your lungs safe. We use professional-grade spray paints and conduct our sessions in well-ventilated areas. Our artists also give a comprehensive safety briefing before anyone touches a can, ensuring everyone feels comfortable and secure throughout the workshop.

How long does a typical team building session last?

Most of our Viljandi team building workshops last between 1.5 to 3 hours. This timeframe allows for a brief history of street art, a demonstration of techniques, individual practice time, and the final group project. If you have a specific schedule to stick to, we can easily adapt the pace to fit your corporate itinerary without losing the creative energy.

Where in Viljandi does the workshop take place?

We are totally flexible! We can host the event at an outdoor legal graffiti wall in Viljandi, or we can bring the workshop to your office or a third-party venue like a hotel garden or warehouse. If we go indoors, we use special low-odour paints or set up protective sheeting to ensure the space remains pristine. We’ll find the perfect spot for you!

What are the payment terms for corporate bookings?

One of the best parts about Graffitifun is our 'no-risk' booking policy for Viljandi. You don't have to pay anything upfront! We believe in the quality of our workshops so much that you only pay after the event is finished and your team is inspired. This makes the administrative side of team building much easier for your finance department.

What should we wear to the graffiti workshop?

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and shoes that you don't mind getting a tiny bit of paint on—just in case! While we provide full protective overalls and gloves, it’s best to leave the designer suits and expensive suede shoes at the office. Think 'creative casual' so you can move freely while you’re busy tagging your team’s masterpiece!

The experience

Why choose a graffiti workshop for your next team event in Viljandi? Because standard team building is old news! Here is why your team will love it:

Total inclusivity: You don't need to be an athlete or an artist. Everyone can press a button on a spray can and contribute! 🎨
Break down silos: Nothing levels the playing field like everyone learning a brand-new skill together. CEOs and interns tag side-by-side. 🤝
Concrete results: You’ll finish the session with a tangible piece of art—either on a wall or on individual canvases to hang in your office. 🏆
Stress relief: Spray painting is incredibly therapeutic. There is something about the "hiss" of the can that melts away work stress. 🔥
Reliability: With our backup artists and years of experience, we guarantee your event will go off without a hitch!

Step by step

Intro & inspiration: We kick things off with a high-energy intro about street art culture and a demo from our pro artists.
Safety first: Everyone gets geared up in protective suits, masks, and gloves while we cover the essential safety rules.
First lines: You'll start on your own section of the wall or canvas, learning how to control the pressure and create clean lines.
Mastering techniques: Our pros teach you 'fading', 'shadowing', and how to use different nozzles (caps) for various effects.
Concept brainstorming: The team comes together to decide on a theme, words, or logos that represent your company's mission.
The big piece: This is where the magic happens! The group works together to paint a large-scale mural based on your chosen design.
Final touches: We add outlines, highlights, and 'force fields' to make the artwork pop and look professionally finished.
The big reveal: We step back, take group photos, and celebrate the incredible masterpiece you've created together!

Local culture

Viljandi might be famous for its stunning lake and the legendary Folk Music Festival, but there is a growing underground appreciation for urban creativity too. There is something incredibly inspiring about mixing the ancient ruins of the Viljandi Order Castle with the modern, rebellious spirit of graffiti. Our workshops often draw inspiration from the city's "mulgi" heritage, blending traditional Estonian motifs with modern street art styles. 🎨

Fun Fact: Viljandi is known as the "Capital of Folk Music," and we love seeing teams incorporate musical themes or local symbols into their graffiti murals! 🎤

Whether we are setting up near the creative hub of the Pärimusmuusika Ait or at a local industrial spot, the atmosphere in Viljandi is perfect for a relaxed yet productive team day. We also offer workshops in Tallinn, Tartu, Narva, and Pärnu if your team is on a nationwide tour!

Pricing

Our Viljandi graffiti workshops are competitively priced to fit corporate budgets of all sizes. We believe in transparency and providing a premium experience without hidden costs.

Medium groups: From €25 - €35 per person.
Large corporate events: From €20 per person.

*Note: Prices depend on the final group size, location, and specific workshop requirements.
