How it works

Intro & Street Art History: We start with a high-energy intro, chatting about the roots of graffiti and how it evolved from New York subways to Liberec's streets.
Safety & Gear Up: Students get kitted out in protective suits and masks. We explain how to use the equipment safely and responsibly.
First Lines: Under the guidance of our pros, students learn basic techniques—how to control pressure, create thin lines, and fill in large areas.
Concept Sketching: We brainstorm a theme (like 'School Spirit' or 'Future Liberec') and sketch out the design on paper before touching the wall.
The Outline: The real fun begins! Students start applying the base shapes of the mural onto the designated surface.
Filling & Fading: We teach the secrets of colour gradients and 'fades' to make the artwork pop and look professional.
The 'Power-Line': Adding the final outlines and highlights. This is where the magic happens and the piece truly comes to life.
Photo Ops & Review: We take group photos with the masterpiece and discuss the techniques used during the session.
Clean Up: We ensure the area is spotless, leaving only the beautiful artwork behind (and some very inspired students!).

Frequently asked questions

Is the graffiti workshop safe for secondary school students?

Absolutely! We provide high-quality masks, gloves, and protective suits for every student. Our professional artists lead with a 'safety-first' mindset, ensuring the spray cans are used correctly in a well-ventilated outdoor or specialist indoor space. We handle all the prep and clean-up, so teachers can relax knowing the kids are in a secure, controlled, and creative environment.

How long does a typical workshop last?

A standard secondary school session in Liberec usually lasts between 2 and 3 hours. This gives us enough time for a brief history of street art, a safety demo, practice runs, and the final creation of a large-scale mural or individual canvases. We can adjust the timing to fit into your school's specific timetable or double-period slots.

Do we need to travel to a studio, or can you come to our school?

We are fully mobile! We can bring the workshop directly to your school grounds in Liberec if you have a suitable outdoor wall or open space. Alternatively, we can arrange for the session to take place at a local legal graffiti spot or an indoor studio. We bring all the boards, paint, and protection with us to your location.

Do the students need any prior artistic experience?

Not at all! Our workshops are designed for all skill levels. Our artists break down the process into simple steps—from holding the can to creating 3D shadows. Whether a student is a natural-born illustrator or someone who has never touched a paintbrush, they will leave the session having created something they are genuinely proud of.

What materials are included in the workshop price?

Everything is covered! The price includes professional-grade spray paint in a huge variety of colours, caps/nozzles, protective gear (suits, masks, gloves), and the 'canvas' (whether that’s a temporary wooden wall, individual boards, or a permanent school wall). You just need to bring your enthusiasm and wear some old shoes you don't mind getting a bit dusty!

What is the maximum group size for a school event?

We are very flexible. While we usually suggest a minimum of 10-15 students to make the atmosphere buzz, we can cater to entire year groups by rotating sessions or bringing in multiple artists. If you have a very large group, just let us know, and we will deploy our backup artist team to ensure everyone gets hands-on time.

What are the educational benefits of a graffiti workshop?

Graffiti is a fantastic tool for team building and boosting self-esteem. It encourages students to think outside the box, plan large-scale projects collaboratively, and express their identity in a non-traditional way. It’s particularly effective for engaging students who might feel disconnected from standard classroom subjects, offering them a fresh, physical way to learn about art and history.
