How it works
- The arrival & intro: Meet your professional street artist at the Suva location. We start with a high-energy intro about the culture of graffiti.
- Safety & gear up: We hand out the masks, gloves, and overalls. Safety first so you can get messy without the stress!
- Basic techniques: Learn how to hold the can, control lines, and create 'caps' (nozzles) effects. You'll start on your own practice board.
- The concept phase: Your team brainstorms a theme. What represents your Suva office? Is it growth, unity, or a new project goal?
- Drafting the mural: Together with the artist, you'll sketch the outline of your collaborative masterpiece on a large scale.
- Filling & fading: This is where the colour happens! Learn blending, shading, and the 'pop' techniques that make street art stand out.
- Outlining & detailing: The final touch. Sharp outlines bring the whole vision together into a professional-looking mural.
- The big reveal: Step back and admire the work. Itâs the perfect moment for a team photo with your Suva-sized creation!

Do we need any previous artistic experience to enjoy the workshop?
Absolutely! Most of our team development participants in Suva have never touched a spray can before. Our professional artists are expert teachers who break down the process into simple, manageable steps. We focus on 'sketching' with paint and building layers. You will be amazed at how quickly your team goes from 'I can't draw' to 'Look at this masterpiece we created together!'
What about safety and protective clothing?
Safety is our number one priority. We provide high-quality protective gear, including masks, gloves, and overalls to keep your clothes clean. We use professional-grade spray paint in well-ventilated outdoor or semi-outdoor spaces. Our artists provide a full safety briefing before anyone presses a nozzle, ensuring your Suva team building event is both fun and perfectly safe for everyone involved.
How long does a typical team development workshop last?
Flexibility is our middle name! While we recommend 2 to 3 hours for the full team development experienceâallowing time for technique practice and the final collaborative muralâwe can adapt the schedule to fit your Suva itinerary. Whether you want a quick energiser or a deep-dive creative afternoon, we will tailor the rhythm to match your group's energy levels and goals.
Do we need to pay in advance for our Suva workshop?
One of the best things about Graffitifun is our 'no-risk' booking policy for Suva. You don't need to pay anything upfront! We believe in the quality of our workshops so much that you only pay after the event is completed. This keeps the process stress-free for your finance department and ensures you are 100% satisfied with the creative results.
Where in Suva do these workshops usually take place?
We can host your team just about anywhere in Suva! We have access to several legal graffiti zones and creative spaces around the city. Alternatively, if you have a suitable outdoor space at your office or a rented venue with permission, we can bring the entire mobile studio to you. We handle all the prep and protection of the surrounding area.
What happens if it rains or an artist is unavailable?
If the Fijian tropical rain decides to join us in Suva, we have backup plans ready. We usually look for covered outdoor areas or large, well-ventilated indoor spaces where we can work safely. Additionally, because we have a large network of backup artists, your event is protected against any last-minute cancellations. The creative show must, and will, go on!
