Is the graffiti workshop safe for festival-goers?

Absolutely! We provide high-quality protective overalls, gloves, and high-spec masks for every participant. Our graffiti artists in Winterthur are trained in safety protocols to ensure everyone has a blast without any risks. Since we are often at music festivals, we make sure our setup is contained and clean, so you don't have to worry about getting paint on your festival outfit!

How exactly does a graffiti workshop work at a music festival?

For music festivals in Winterthur, we offer two main styles. First is the 'walk-in' format where fans can contribute to a massive community mural throughout the day. Second is a scheduled mini-workshop where groups spend 60-90 minutes learning techniques and creating their own piece. Both are high-energy and designed to fit perfectly into a busy festival schedule. Everyone leaves with a smile!

What do you need from the festival organisers?

While we bring everything needed to paint, we do require a flat, accessible area to set up our mobile graffiti walls. In Winterthur, we are flexible with grass or paved areas. We also need a bit of lead time to set up the protective flooring and boards. Once we're ready, we handle the crowds, the cans, and the creative energy!

What happens if it rains during the festival?

While we love the sun, we are prepared for the Swiss weather! In case of rain, we can set up under gazebos or within festival tents. Graffiti is a hardy art form, and as long as we have a roof over our heads, the workshop can continue. Our Winterthur team is quick at adapting to changing conditions to keep the vibes high.

Do participants need to have any artistic skills?

No way! Our professional artists specialize in teaching beginners. We use a 'stencil and layer' method that allows even those who have never held a spray can to create something that looks incredible. It’s all about the experience, the music, and the freedom of expression. We'll have you tagging like a pro in no time!

Are the materials used eco-friendly and sustainable?

Sustainability is important to us. We use low-odour, eco-friendly spray paint whenever possible and ensure that all empty cans are recycled correctly after the event. We aim to leave the festival grounds in Winterthur exactly as we found them—just with a lot more beautiful memories and some awesome temporary art!
