Do I need any prior art experience to participate?

Absolutely! Our workshops are designed for beginners of all ages. Our professional artists break down the basics of spray painting into easy steps, ensuring everyone feels comfortable and creative. We provide a safe, fun, and inclusive environment where the only requirement is your imagination. Whether you are six or sixty, you will leave with a piece of art you can be proud of.🎨

Is spray painting safe for children and adults?

Safety is our number one priority. We provide high-quality protective gear, including gloves, masks, and coveralls, to keep your clothes clean and your lungs protected. We use professional-grade spray cans and conduct our sessions in well-ventilated outdoor areas. Our artists are trained to supervise groups safely, ensuring that the only thing you have to worry about is having a great time.💪

What do we need to bring to the workshop?

Not at all! We provide everything you need to become a street artist for the day. This includes a wide spectrum of premium spray paint colours, various nozzle types for different techniques, protective gear, and the canvases or boards we will be painting on. Just make sure to wear comfortable shoes and clothes you don't mind getting a tiny bit of dust on.✨

How long does a typical workshop session last?

Standard festival workshops usually last between 1.5 to 3 hours, but we are flexible! Depending on the festival schedule and your group's needs, we can run quick 'taster' sessions or deep-dive masterclasses. We always ensure there is a perfect balance of learning techniques and having enough time to complete your final masterpiece without feeling rushed.⏱️

What happens if it rains or an artist is unavailable?

We have a 'no cancellations' policy backed by our team of professional muralists. If an artist falls ill, we have a backup team ready to step in. Furthermore, we can arrange for canopy tents or indoor alternatives if the Swiss weather decides not to cooperate. We want your event to be a success, rain or shine, so we always have a Plan B ready!🌧️

How does the payment process work?

We believe in his-and-her street art! We don't require any upfront payments or deposits to secure your booking. You can enjoy the full experience first and settle the bill after the workshop is complete. This is our 'fun guaranteed' promise—we are so confident you’ll love it that we let the results speak for themselves. Simply request a quote to get started.🎉

Local culture

Winterthur is a city that breathes culture, known across Switzerland for its incredible museums and the legendary Afro-Pfingsten festival. But beyond the formal galleries, there is a pulse of urban creativity hiding in the industrial charms of the Sulzer Areal. Our workshops tap into this local spirit, celebrating the city's transition from an industrial powerhouse to a modern hub for designers and dreamers. 🏗️

Fun Fact: Did you know that Winterthur is often called the "City of Museums," yet some of its most striking art can be found right on the streets of the Töss district? We love bringing our workshops here because the locals truly appreciate the craft of visual storytelling. Whether we are painting near the bustling Bahnhof or in a quiet park, the 'Winti' vibe always adds an extra layer of cool to our sessions. ✨

Pricing

Every festival is unique, so we offer flexible pricing to match your specific vision. Our workshops in Winterthur typically range between CHF40 and CHF85 per person, depending on the number of participants and the level of customisation required.

The best part? No upfront payment is required! We believe in the quality of our work, so you only pay after the spray cans are empty and the smiles are bright. 🎤
