Do I need any previous art experience to join?

No prior skills or 'artistic' talent are required for our Toulouse workshops! Our professional graffiti artists are experts at teaching beginners from scratch. We start with simple lines and shapes, gradually building up to more complex pieces. By the end of the session, you'll be amazed at what you’ve managed to create on a wall. It’s all about having fun and trying something new in a supportive, creative environment.🎨

Is it safe to use spray paint indoors or outdoors?

Safety is our priority. We provide all necessary protective equipment, including high-quality FFP2 or FFP3 masks to filter out fumes, as well as gloves and protective suits to keep your clothes clean. We always choose well-ventilated outdoor spots or appropriately equipped indoor spaces. Our artists give a full safety briefing before anyone touches a spray can, ensuring everyone has a brilliant and secure experience.🛡️

What materials are included in the onboarding workshop?

We’ve got you covered! We provide everything: premium spray cans in a huge range of colours, protective gear (suits, gloves, masks), and the 'canvas' (whether that’s a wall or a board). You just need to show up in comfortable clothes and shoes that you don't mind getting a tiny bit of dust on. We even bring the inspiration and music to get the vibes right!✨

What happens if it rains on the day of my workshop?

Toulouse weather is usually lovely, but if it rains, we have several options. We often work at sheltered outdoor locations that keep us dry while maintaining that authentic street feel. Alternatively, we can move the workshop to a suitable indoor venue. We’ll always coordinate with you 24-48 hours in advance if the forecast looks grey to ensure the creative flow isn't interrupted.🌧️

How long does a typical graffiti session last?

Standard workshops usually last between 1.5 to 3 hours. This gives us enough time for a quick history of street art, a safety briefing, technique practice, and finally, creating your massive masterpiece! If you have specific time constraints for your onboarding event or team day, we can easily customise the duration to fit your schedule perfectly. Just let us know what works best for you!⏱️

Can you host the workshop at a location of our choice?

Absolutely! We love traveling across the Occitanie region. While we have amazing spots in Toulouse, we can also bring the workshop to your office, a local school, or a festival ground in nearby towns. If you have a specific location in mind, we just need to check the local regulations and ensure we have a legal surface to paint on. We make the logistics easy for you!location_on️

What makes Graffitifun different from other workshops?

We have a 'fun guaranteed' policy! Because we don't ask for upfront payments, we are fully committed to making sure you have an incredible time. Our artists are not just talented painters; they are entertainers and teachers who know how to keep the energy high. If you're looking for a unique way to bond or learn, our 5-star rated experiences are designed to leave everyone smiling.⭐

Ultimate Flexibility: We come to you or we host you. We work around your timings and your specific goals. 🚀

Step by step

Introduction & Vibes: Meet your pro artist guide at the location. We’ll kick things off with some cool street art history and a look at different styles. 🎤
Safety First: Put on your protective suit, mask, and gloves. We’ll show you how to handle the cans safely and responsibly. 🛡️
First Lines: Learn the 'can control' basics. You’ll practice making dots, thin lines, and thick flares on a practice wall. ✍️
Sketching Your Idea: Work with the artist to sketch out a design. Whether it’s a team logo or a wild style tag, we’ll help you get the proportions right. 📐
Filling & Colour: The fun part! Learn how to fill in large areas evenly and create cool gradients and colour transitions. 🌈
Outlining & Shadows: Make your art pop! We’ll teach you how to add sharp outlines and 3D shadows to give your work depth. 🎨
The Finishing Touches: Add 'highlights' and 'bits' (small decorative elements) to give your piece that professional street art finish. ✨
Photo Op & Reveal: Snap some incredible photos with your finished masterpiece. It’s time to show off what you’ve created! 📸

Creative collaboration during a graffiti company outing

Local culture

Toulouse, known as 'La Ville Rose' (The Pink City) for its iconic terracotta bricks, offers a stunning contrast for the bright, neon colours of modern graffiti. The city has a deep-rooted love for urban culture, famously hosting the Festival Rose Béton, which has brought world-renowned muralists to the banks of the Garonne. Walking through districts like Arnaud Bernard, you can feel the pulse of the local street art scene that has been thriving for decades. 🎨

Fun Fact: Did you know Toulouse is home to some of the oldest legal graffiti walls in France? The city embraces urban art as a way to bridge the gap between its historical heritage and modern innovation! 🚀

Our workshops tap into this local energy, often held in spots that celebrate this mix of old and new. Whether we're painting near the vibrant student hubs or in dedicated creative warehouses, you'll feel like a true part of the Toulouse 'street' community. 🔥
