Is the graffiti workshop safe for people with respiratory sensitivities?

Absolutely! We take safety very seriously. We provide high-quality FFP3 masks, protective suits, and gloves to all participants. Our professional artists are trained to supervise the session closely, ensuring everyone uses the equipment correctly. We also choose well-ventilated outdoor spots or spacious indoor venues in Toulouse to ensure a comfortable and safe environment for everyone involved.

Can you host the workshop at our specific location in Toulouse?

We are incredibly flexible! Whether you want us to come to your facility in Toulouse or you'd prefer to use one of our vibrant local street art spots, we can make it happen. We just need a wall or a space where we can set up our mobile plastic film walls. If we come to you, we'll handle all the prep and cleanup so you don't have to worry about a thing.

How long does a typical special needs workshop last?

Usually, our special needs sessions in Toulouse last between 1.5 to 2 hours. This timeframe is perfect for keeping engagement high without being over-stimulating. However, we can easily shorten or lengthen the session based on the group's energy levels and specific needs. We move at your pace, ensuring no one feels rushed or overwhelmed by the process.

Is the workshop accessible for wheelchair users?

Our workshops are designed to be inclusive for everyone, including those with mobility challenges or wheelchair users. When scouting locations in Toulouse, we prioritise accessibility. We use adjustable easels and can set up 'cellograff' (plastic film walls) at various heights to ensure every participant can reach their canvas comfortably and express their creativity without barriers.

What is the age limit for participants?

While we recommend the workshop for ages 6 and up to ensure they can handle the spray cans, we don't have a strict upper age limit! Street art is for the young at heart. For our special needs programmes in Toulouse, we focus more on individual capability and interest rather than chronological age, ensuring the activities are age-appropriate and engaging for adults too.

Do participants need any prior artistic experience?

Not at all! In fact, most of our participants have never touched a spray can before. Our friendly Toulouse artists are experts at breaking down the basics into simple, fun steps. We focus on the 'doing' and the 'feeling' rather than technical perfection. It’s all about the joy of seeing bright colours appear on a wall and the pride of creating something unique.

How do we handle payment for the workshop?

No upfront payment is required! We believe in building trust with our Toulouse community. You can book your session, and payment is only handled after the workshop is completed and you're 100% satisfied with the experience. We offer various payment methods to make the process as smooth as possible for schools, care centres, and private groups.

Step by step

Initial chat: We start by discussing the specific needs, group size, and interests of your participants to tailor the session perfectly.
Venue selection: We choose an accessible location in Toulouse or arrange to bring the mobile workshop directly to your facility.
Safety first: Upon arrival, everyone gets geared up in protective suits, masks, and gloves to keep things clean and safe.
Artist intro: Our friendly local artist introduces the tools of the trade and demonstrates basic spray techniques in a fun, easy-to-follow way.
Sketching ideas: Participants spend a little time brainstorming or drawing their designs on paper to get the creative juices flowing.
The big outline: We help transfer those ideas onto the wall or canvas, setting the stage for a colourful masterpiece.
Filling with colour: This is the best part! Everyone gets to pick their favourite colours and start bringing the graffiti to life.
Finishing touches: Our artists help with 'outlining' and adding highlights to make the artwork really pop and look professional.
Photo op & cleanup: We take group photos with the final mural before we handle all the cleanup, leaving the space exactly as we found it.
