What exactly is live painting and how does it work?

A live painting performance is a high-energy addition to any event where a professional artist creates a large-scale mural from scratch in front of an audience. In Toulouse, we often incorporate local themes or brand colours. It provides constant entertainment as guests watch the piece evolve, and it serves as a fantastic conversation starter throughout the day or evening.🎨

Can live painting be done indoors at a venue in Toulouse?

We are incredibly flexible! For indoor events in Toulouse, we use low-odour, water-based spray paints or specialized paint markers to ensure there’s no mess or strong fumes. For outdoor festivals, we use professional-grade acrylic sprays. We provide all the protective floor coverings and boards, so your venue stays spotless while the art takes centre stage.✨

Can my guests participate in the painting?

Technically, yes, but we usually recommend letting the pros handle the performance while your guests enjoy the show. However, if you want an interactive 'hybrid' session where guests can add a few strokes under guidance, we can certainly arrange that! It’s a great way to make the 'Ville Rose' feel even more personal to your team or family.🔥

How long does a typical performance take?

A standard live painting performance usually lasts between 2 and 4 hours, depending on the complexity of the design and the size of the canvas. We plan the timing to match your event's peak hours so that the big 'reveal' happens right when you want it to. We’re all about creating that 'wow' moment!🏆

Do we get to keep the artwork after the event?

Absolutely! The final masterpiece is yours to keep. Many of our Toulouse clients choose to hang the finished canvas in their office lobby, shop, or community centre as a lasting memory of the event. We use high-quality canvases or wooden panels that are easy to transport once the paint is dry.🎁

Do I need to provide any materials for the artist?

Not at all! Our professional artists manage everything from delivery and setup to the final cleanup. We bring the boards, the paint, the safety gear, and the drop cloths. All we need from you is a designated space and a bit of light. You just relax and enjoy the creative vibes!💪

How much does a live painting session cost in Toulouse?

In Toulouse, prices generally range between €30 and €65 per person if calculated as part of a group experience, but for live performances, we often provide a flat project fee. This covers the artist's time, all high-end materials, and prep work. No upfront payment is required; you pay only after we've delivered the magic!⭐
