Can we choose the theme or style of the live painting?

Absolutely! While our artists bring their unique creative flair, we love collaborating with you to ensure the live painting matches your event's theme, colour palette, or brand identity. Whether you want a specific logo integrated or a particular 'vibe' captured, we discuss these details during the booking process to ensure the final masterpiece is exactly what you envisioned for your Lyon event.

Is live painting safe for indoor venues in Lyon?

Safety is our priority. We use low-odour, professional-grade spray paints and can set up ventilation systems if required. For indoor events in Lyon, we often use water-based spray paints or paint markers to eliminate fumes entirely. We also provide protective flooring and screens to ensure your venue stays spotless while the art comes to life on the canvas.

How long does a typical live painting session last?

The duration is completely flexible! A standard live painting performance usually lasts between 2 and 4 hours, which perfectly covers a drinks reception or a main event segment. However, for larger festivals or multi-day conferences in Lyon, we can arrange for an artist to work over several days, creating a massive, evolving mural that keeps guests coming back.

Do we need to provide any materials for the artist?

Not at all! We are a full-service provider. Graffitifun brings everything: the professional artist, high-quality spray cans, markers, the canvas or mobile wall structure, and all protective materials for the floor and surrounding area. All we need from you is a flat space to set up and a bit of lighting so the audience can see the magic happen!

What happens to the artwork after the event ends?

The finished artwork is yours to keep! It’s a fantastic physical memory of your event. Many of our Lyon clients choose to display the canvas in their office lobby, auction it off for charity, or give it away as a Grand Prize. If the piece is large, we can help advise on how to dismantle or transport it after the paint has dried.

Can guests participate in the painting process?

Yes, we do! If you want your guests to get their hands dirty (in a good way), we can transition from a live painting demonstration into a mini-workshop. This is a popular choice for company events in Lyon, where the artist starts the piece and then invites attendees to add their own 'tags' or splashes of colour under professional guidance.

Professional talent: Our artists aren't just hobbyists; they are seasoned pros who know how to engage a crowd and work under pressure. 💪

Creative collaboration during a graffiti company outing

Local culture

Lyon is often called the French capital of murals, and for good reason! From the massive "Fresque des Lyonnais" to the hidden gems in the slopes of Croix-Rousse, street art is woven into the city's DNA. Our live painting service draws inspiration from this rich heritage, blending Lyon's traditional artistic flair with modern, edgy graffiti techniques. 🦁

Fun Fact: Did you know that Lyon features one of the largest painted murals in Europe? The "Mur des Canuts" covers over 1,200 square metres! While our live painting canvases are a bit more portable, we bring that same grand sense of Lyon's "trompe-l'œil" tradition to your private event.

Pricing

Our live painting performances in Lyon are tailored to the scale of your event. Prices generally range from €30 to €65 per person (based on total event attendance and material costs), ensuring you get a high-impact experience that fits your budget. 💰
