Is the spray paint safe for participants with sensory sensitivities?

Absolutely! We use high-quality, water-based spray paint options for our indoor-adapted sessions and ensure the environment is well-ventilated. We provide all necessary protective gear, including gloves and masks. Our professional artists are trained to supervise the session closely, ensuring everyone stays safe while having the time of their lives. Safety is our top priority alongside having a massive amount of fun!

Where in Drogheda do these workshops take place?

We are incredibly flexible. Our workshops can be held at your specific facility in Drogheda, a local community centre, or one of our partner creative spaces. We make sure the location is fully wheelchair accessible and has the necessary facilities to ensure everyone is comfortable. If you have a specific spot in mind, just let us know and we’ll make it work!

Do participants need any prior art experience?

Not at all! Our workshops are designed for all skill levels. We use specialized techniques like stenciling and tape-art that allow everyone to create something impressive, regardless of their fine motor skills or previous art experience. It’s all about the process, the tactile feeling of the paint, and the joy of expression rather than 'perfect' technique.

How long does a typical session last?

We recommend a duration of 1.5 to 2 hours for our special needs programs. This timeframe is usually perfect to keep engagement high without causing fatigue. However, we are happy to adjust the timing to suit the specific energy levels and attention spans of your group. We can include scheduled breaks and sensory-down time if needed.

What is the ideal group size for this program?

We usually suggest smaller group sizes to ensure everyone gets plenty of one-on-one attention from our artists. Ideally, groups of 5 to 12 participants work best, but we can cater to larger groups by bringing in additional backup artists to maintain a high level of support and safety. We’re all about making sure no one feels overwhelmed.

How does the payment process work?

We’ve made the booking process as stress-free as possible. You don't need to pay anything upfront! You can book your date, and we only settle the payment after the workshop is completed. This gives you peace of mind and flexibility if your group's plans need to change at the last minute. We’re here to make things easy for you.

Do you offer other types of workshops in Ireland?

We sure do! If you are looking for something different, we also offer workshops for local schools, festival pop-ups, and even therapeutic team-building for staff. If you’re based outside of Drogheda, we also host regular events in Dublin, Cork, and Galway. Just ask us about our travel options across Ireland!

Local culture

Drogheda has a long and proud history of creativity, from the ancient carvings at nearby Newgrange to the vibrant modern murals popping up around the town centre. We love bringing our workshops to the "Gateway to the Boyne Valley," where the local community spirit is always buzzing. There’s something special about the light reflecting off the River Boyne that inspires the bright palettes we use in our sessions. 🎨

Fun Fact: Did you know Drogheda used to be two separate towns on either side of the river? We like to think our graffiti workshops help bridge different worlds through the universal language of art!

Whether we are setting up near the historic St. Laurence's Gate or at a local facility in Mell, we always feel the warm Irish welcome that makes Drogheda the perfect backdrop for a day of creative expression.
