How long does a typical team building workshop last?

Most of our Kolding team building sessions last between 2 and 3 hours. This gives your team plenty of time to learn the basic spray techniques, develop a concept, and execute a large-scale mural together. If you are on a tight schedule, we can condense the experience into a 1.5-hour 'power session' that focuses on high-energy creation without losing the fun factor.

Do we need any previous artistic experience?

Not at all! Our workshops are designed for everyone, from those who can barely draw a stick figure to undercover artists. Our professional street artists guide you through every step, showing you how to handle the cans and create cool effects. The focus is on teamwork, communication, and having a blast, so no prior experience is needed to create something impressive.

Is the workshop safe and what protective gear is provided?

Your safety is our priority. We provide high-quality FFP3 masks, protective body suits, and gloves to keep everyone clean and safe. While we use low-odour professional spray paint, we always recommend hosting the workshop in a well-ventilated area or outdoors. Our artists are trained to manage group safety, ensuring a worry-free environment where your team can focus entirely on being creative.

Where in Kolding can we host the graffiti workshop?

The beauty of graffiti is that it can happen almost anywhere! We can come to your office car park, a local Kolding park (with permits), or a creative venue in the city. If you don't have a location, don't worry—we have a network of partner spots in Kolding where we can set up our mobile plastic walls and get the paint flowing.

What should our team wear on the day?

Comfort is key! We recommend wearing clothes you don't mind getting a little paint on, just in case, and comfortable closed-toe shoes. While we provide full-body protective suits, spray paint can be unpredictable. Think 'casual Friday' vibes—anything that allows you to move freely while you’re reaching up to tag the top of your team's masterpiece.

Can we include our company logo or specific themes?

Absolutely! One of our most popular formats is creating a 'Company Vision' mural. Your team can incorporate your brand colours, logo, and core values into the design. It's a fantastic way to visually represent your corporate identity while giving employees a sense of ownership over the company’s message. You can even keep the final canvases to brighten up your Kolding office.

What is the maximum group size for a session?

We are incredibly flexible. Whether you have a small startup team of 10 or a large corporate division of 200+, we have the staff and equipment to make it happen. For very large groups, we often split the team into smaller 'crews' who work on different sections of a giant collaborative mural, ensuring everyone stays active, engaged, and involved in the process.

The experience

Why choose graffiti for your next event in Kolding? It’s not just about painting; it’s about building a better team through shared creativity and a bit of "rebellious" fun! ✨

Boosted collaboration: Nothing says "teamwork" like coordinating a 10-metre long mural where every section has to connect. 💪
Stress relief: The physical act of spraying paint is incredibly cathartic—it’s the ultimate way to decompress after a big project. 🎈
Total inclusivity: Street art is the great equaliser. No matter your job title or age, everyone starts with a blank canvas and a fresh can.
Creative confidence: We help your employees overcome the "I'm not creative" hurdle, leaving them feeling empowered and inspired. 🏆
Unique souvenirs: You can choose to paint on individual canvases that your employees can take home, or one giant piece for the office.
Fully mobile: We come to you! Whether it's your HQ or a local park, we set up and clean up everything. 🚚

Step by step

Meet your artist: Your session starts with a high-energy intro from our pro graffiti artists who’ll set the vibe and explain the plan.
The spray basics: Learn 'Can Control 101'—how to hold the can, create thin lines, fat drips, and cool gradients.
Brainstorming session: Your team huddles up to sketch out a concept that represents your goals or company culture.
Outline the vision: Step up to the wall! We help you sketch the big shapes and letters to get the foundation right.
Colour & fill: This is the fun part! Everyone grabs a can to fill in the design with a vibrant palette of professional paints.
Detailing & 3D: Learn how to add highlights, shadows, and 'cuts' to make your artwork pop off the wall.
The final tag: Every artist signs their work. It’s the moment of pride as the full masterpiece is revealed.
Photo & wrap-up: We take group shots of your crew with the finished mural—perfect for the company newsletter or LinkedIn!

Local culture

Kolding is a city that perfectly blends royal history with forward-thinking design. While visitors flock to the Koldinghus, the city's modern soul is found in places like the Kolding Design School and the vibrant street life around the harbour. This creative atmosphere makes Kolding the ideal backdrop for a street art experience. Your team will draw inspiration from the city's architectural contrast and the "Kolding-spirit" of innovation.

Fun Fact: Kolding is officially part of the UNESCO Creative Cities Network, specifically for its excellence in design—what better place to unleash your team's inner designers with a spray can? 🎨
