Why choose us in Siauliai?

Why choose a graffiti workshop for your next Siauliai team event? It’s more than just painting on walls; it’s a powerful tool for communication and collaboration. Here is why it works:

Levels the playing field: In front of a blank wall, everyone starts from scratch—no matter their job title. 🏆
Boosts creative problem solving: Figuring out how to turn a sketch into a massive mural requires real-time teamwork and agility. 🧠
Tangible results: Your team will be amazed at what they can achieve together in just a few hours. 🖼️
Stress relief: There is something incredibly therapeutic about the 'hiss' of a spray can and the flow of vibrant colours. 🔥
Unique memories: Your staff will be talking about this experience at the water cooler for months to come! 🎤
Flexibility: We can host these workshops at your Siauliai office or at an inspiring outdoor location. 📍

How it works

The Briefing: We start with a high-energy intro where our pro artists explain the history of street art and safety rules.
Tagging Basics: Every team member gets a practice wall to learn 'can control'—how to spray thin lines, thick fills, and dots.
The Brainstorm: Groups huddle up to sketch their concepts, deciding on the colours and symbols that represent their team spirit.
First Outlines: With the guidance of our mentors, you'll start sketching your design onto the large-scale canvases or walls.
The Fill-In: This is where the magic happens! The team works together to layer vibrant colours and create depth in the artwork.
Detailing & Outlining: Our artists show you how to 'pop' the design with sharp black outlines and white highlights for that professional look.
The Big Reveal: We step back, drop the masks, and admire the collective masterpiece created by the whole team.
Photo Op: Strike a pose with your crew in front of your graffiti wall for memories that will last a lifetime!

Frequently asked questions

How long does a typical team building session last?

Most of our corporate workshops in Siauliai last between 1.5 and 2.5 hours. This includes the initial safety briefing, sketching, and the main painting session. If you have a tighter schedule for your off-site day, we can condense the activity, or we can extend it into a deeper collaborative masterclass if you want to focus more on team dynamics. We are totally flexible to your needs!

Do we need any previous artistic experience?

Not at all! In fact, most people haven't touched a spray can since they were kids (if ever). Our professional artists are there to guide you through every step, from basic lines to advanced shading. We use techniques that make it easy for everyone to create something they are proud of. It’s about the team experience and having fun, not being a Picasso!

What should our team wear for the workshop?

We provide everything you need: high-quality spray paint, protective overalls, gloves, and masks. We recommend that your team wears comfortable clothing and shoes that they don't mind getting a tiny bit of dust on. While our suits are great, it’s best to leave the expensive designer suits at the office for the day! We handle the setup and the cleanup.

Is the spray paint safe to use indoors?

Safety is our top priority. we use low-odour, high-quality spray paint and provide all necessary protective gear, including FFP2 masks and gloves. If the weather is nice, we prefer working outdoors for better ventilation, but we also have ventilated indoor options for the winter months in Lithuania. Our artists ensure everyone follows safety protocols while having a blast.

What is the maximum group size you can host?

We can accommodate groups of almost any size! Whether you are a small startup team of 10 or a large corporate department of 100+, we have the staff and materials to make it happen. For very large groups, we often split the teams into 'crews' who work on different sections of a massive mural, which then comes together at the end.

Can we include our company logo in the artwork?

Yes! One of the best parts of our team building in Siauliai is the 'Team Mural' option. We can help you design a piece that incorporates your company values, logo, or a specific project theme. This allows your employees to literally see how their individual contributions build into the 'big picture' of the company. It’s a powerful visual metaphor.

How does the 'no upfront payment' policy work?

Unlike many providers, we don't require any payment before the workshop takes place. We believe in our service and want you to be 100% satisfied first. You can pay after the event via invoice or card. This makes the booking process stress-free for your HR or finance department, allowing you to focus on the fun stuff!
