How it works

  1. The warm-up: Your professional artist greets the team and explains the history of street art in Luxembourg.
  2. Safety first: Everyone gets geared up in protective suits, masks, and gloves to keep things tidy.
  3. Master the tools: Learn the difference between nozzles (caps) and how to control the spray pressure.
  4. Tagging practice: Use our 'Tag Creator' logic to design your own signature on a practice wall.
  5. The big concept: The group brainstorms a theme that represents your company's values or goals.
  6. First strokes: Under guidance, you'll start outlining the massive collaborative masterpiece.
  7. Filling and fading: Learn advanced techniques like gradients and 'shadowing' to make the art pop.
  8. The reveal: Step back and admire the massive piece of art your team created from scratch.
  9. Debrief and photos: We take high-quality group shots of your team with their new masterpiece.

Frequently asked questions

Do we need any previous artistic experience?

Absolutely! Most of our team building participants in Luxembourg City have never touched a spray can before. Our professional artists start with a safety briefing and basic technique demo. We'll show you how to control the pressure, create clean lines, and fill colours. By the end of the session, you'll be amazed at the masterpiece your team has created together. Check out our 'Workshop Quiz' to see which style suits your team best!

What materials are included in the workshop?

We provide everything you need for a successful creative session. This includes high-quality spray paint in a huge range of colours, protective overalls, gloves, and masks. We also provide the canvases or boards that you'll be painting on. All you need to bring is your team and some comfortable clothes and shoes that you don't mind getting a little dusty. We handle all the setup and the messy cleanup afterwards.

Is the graffiti workshop safe for my employees?

Safety is our top priority. we provide professional-grade FFP2 or FFP3 masks to ensure no one breathes in fumes, along with gloves and protective suits. We prefer to work in well-ventilated outdoor spaces or large, airy indoor halls. Our artists are highly trained in site safety and group management. If you’re worried about the weather, we have backup plans and indoor-friendly options to keep the team building spirit alive!

How long does a typical team building session last?

We are very flexible! A standard Luxembourg City graffiti team building session usually lasts between 2 and 3 hours. This gives us enough time for the introduction, sketching, individual practice, and the final group project. If you have a tighter schedule for your corporate away day, we can condense the highlights into a 90-minute 'power session'. Just let us know your itinerary and we’ll make it work perfectly.

What are the payment terms for corporate groups?

No upfront payment is required! We believe in the quality of our service and want you to feel completely confident. You can book your date, and payment is only handled after the workshop is completed successfully. This makes the administrative side of your corporate event much easier. You can use our online 'Cost Calculator' right now to get an instant estimate for your specific group size.

How does this activity actually improve teamwork?

One of the best parts of our workshops is the 'Collaborative Wall' concept. After practicing individual skills, the team works on a massive shared canvas. This requires communication, planning, and delegating tasks—exactly like a real office project, but much more colourful! You’ll have to decide together on the colour scheme and layout, ensuring everyone’s contribution blends into one cohesive piece of art that looks incredible.

Can you host the workshop at our office or another city?

We covers the entire Grand Duchy! While many of our events happen in Luxembourg City, we regularly travel to Esch-sur-Alzette, Differdange, Dudelange, and Ettelbruck. Whether you want to host the event at your office car park, a local park, or a rented industrial hall, we bring the entire mobile graffiti studio to you. We are the experts in making street art accessible anywhere in the country.
