How long does the VIP graffiti experience last?

Your Ottawa VIP graffiti session typically lasts between 2 and 3 hours. This gives us plenty of time to cover the history of the movement, practice your can control on the 'rehearsal wall,' and then execute your final masterpiece on your individual canvas. We never rush the creative process, ensuring you leave feeling like a pro artist. ✨

Is the workshop safe and clean?

Safety is our top priority! We provide high-quality respiratory masks, protective gloves, and designer-grade overalls to keep your clothes clean. Our professional artists are trained to ensure a safe environment, and we use low-pressure spray cans which are much easier to control for beginners. You get to enjoy the grit of street art with total peace of mind. 🛡️

Do I need prior art experience to enjoy this?

Absolutely not! Our VIP experience is specifically designed for all skill levels, from 'never touched a can' to 'closet creative.' Our lead artists provide 1-on-1 coaching, showing you the tricks of the trade so you can produce something you're actually proud to hang in your home or office. It is all about the joy of learning! 🎨

Where in Ottawa do the VIP workshops take place?

We are flexible! We have access to several premium outdoor and indoor locations across Ottawa, from the creative vibes of Hintonburg to professional studio setups. If you have a specific private location or backyard in mind, let us know and we will check if it’s suitable for a mobile workshop. We bring the 'street' to you! 📍

What materials are included in the VIP package?

We provide everything you need: premium spray paint in a huge variety of colours, protective gear, caps (nozzles), and professional-grade canvases. We even bring some cool inspiration boards to help spark your creativity. Just bring your enthusiasm and wear comfortable shoes—we take care of the rest of the logistics! 🎒

Can I take my artwork home with me?

Yes! One of the best parts of the VIP package is that you create your graffiti on a high-quality portable canvas. Once the paint is dry, it’s yours to keep. It makes for an incredible souvenir of your time in Ottawa and a serious conversation starter when guests see it on your wall at home. 🖼️

What is your cancellation and backup policy?

We understand that plans can change. One of the reasons people love booking with Graffitifun is our 'no upfront payment' policy for many bookings—you can pay after the workshop! We also have a dedicated team of backup artists available, so even if an emergency crops up, your event is almost never cancelled. We’ve got your back! 🤝

Local culture

Ottawa might be known for Parliament Hill and the Rideau Canal, but the 613 has a secret, colourful heart. From the legal walls at Tech Wall (Slater and Bronson) to the vibrant murals tucked away in Hintonburg and the ByWard Market, Ottawa’s street art scene is thriving and sophisticated. Our VIP workshops tap into this local energy, giving you a taste of the city's underground culture in a safe, premium environment. ✨

Fun Fact: Did you know Ottawa is home to several 'legal' graffiti walls where artists are encouraged to paint freely? This initiative has helped turn the city into a rotating outdoor gallery! 🎨
