Do we need any prior art experience to participate?

Absolutely! These networking events are designed for everyone, from CEOs to interns. Our professional artists guide you through every step, starting with basic shapes and safety. You don't need to be 'artistic' to enjoy it; the focus is on communication, shared experience, and having a laugh while trying something new. Most people are surprised at how professional their final piece looks!

Is it safe and messy? What about our clothes?

Safety is our number one priority. We provide high-quality masks, gloves, and protective suits to keep your clothes clean. We use low-odour professional spray paint, but we always ensure the venue—whether indoor or outdoor—has excellent ventilation. Our artists are trained to manage groups safely, ensuring a fun environment where the only thing you need to worry about is your creative flow.

How much does a creative networking event cost?

Prices vary depending on your specific requirements, such as group size, the length of the session, and the choice of venue. We offer a transparent pricing model with no hidden fees, and the best part is you don't pay anything upfront. Once we understand your vision for the networking event in Xi'an, we’ll provide a tailored quote. Reach out today for a quick estimate!

How long does a typical session last?

Standard networking workshops typically run between 1.5 and 3 hours. This allows enough time for introductions, a safety briefing, skill-building, and the main collaborative project. We can also adjust the timing to fit into a larger conference schedule or a quick evening mixer. We’re flexible and can scale the experience to meet your specific networking goals and timeframes.

Where in Xi'an do these events take place?

We are incredibly mobile! We can host the event at your office if there is a suitable outdoor area, or we can arrange a dedicated studio or creative space in Xi'an. We often work with local art districts to find the perfect backdrop. If the weather is a concern, we have indoor solutions using specialized surfaces and ventilation to ensure the event goes ahead rain or shine.

Can we take our artwork home after the event?

The best part is that you get to keep what you create! Depending on the format, you can take home individual canvases or we can create a large-scale mural on panels that can be displayed in your office. It serves as a fantastic permanent reminder of the connections made during the event. It’s the ultimate 'swag' that your guests actually helped build.

The experience

Why choose a graffiti-themed networking event in Xi'an? Because traditional networking is often rigid, but art is universal and relaxing. Here’s why it works:

No more awkward silence: Having a shared task makes starting a conversation effortless and natural. 🔥
Equalise the hierarchy: Everyone is a beginner with a spray can, fostering a sense of genuine equality among guests.
Memorable branding: Create a piece of art that incorporates your event theme or company values.
High energy vibes: The music, the colours, and the physical activity keep the energy levels high from start to finish. 🎤
Professional guidance: Our expert artists ensure everyone feels confident and the end result looks incredible.
Risk-free booking: With our backup artists and no-upfront-payment policy, your event is in safe hands.

Step by step

Consultation: We chat about your networking goals and the vibe you want to set for your Xi'an event.
Concept design: Our artists sketch out a collaborative theme or 'tag' that represents your industry or group.
Safety & Gear: On the day, everyone gets kitted out in protective suits, masks, and gloves.
The Masterclass: We start with a high-energy demo, teaching you various nozzle techniques and spray styles.
Practice session: Guests hit the practice boards to get comfortable with the pressure and flow of the cans.
Networking & Creation: As the music plays, participants work together on the main piece, chatting and collaborating naturally.
Finishing touches: Our pro artists help add those final 'pops' and outlines to make the work look gallery-ready.
Photos & Reveal: We celebrate the finished masterpiece with a group photo and a final round of drinks and discussion.

Local culture

Xi'an is famous for its history, but beneath the surface of the ancient City Wall lies a burgeoning creative scene. From the art clusters near Qujiang to the hidden murals in the tech districts, street art is becoming a new language for the city's youth and professionals alike. By hosting your networking event here, you're tapping into that unique "Old meets New" energy that defines Shaanxi province today.

Fun Fact: Did you know Xi'an has a thriving underground art community? While the Terracotta Warriors are the city's most famous "sculptures," modern locals are creating massive vertical art projects that are putting Xi'an on the global street art map! 🎨
