Do we need any previous artistic experience for this workshop? balance?

Absolutely! Most of our team development participants in Xi'an have never touched a spray can before. Our professional artists are expert coaches who break down the process into easy, manageable steps. We start with basic lines and shading before moving on to the final masterpiece. You'll be amazed at how quickly your team picks up the 'can control' and starts creating impressive street art together.

Is the graffiti workshop safe and what gear do we get?

We take your team's safety seriously. We provide all necessary protective gear, including high-quality FFP2 face masks, disposable gloves, and protective suits to keep your clothes clean. We also use premium spray paints that are low-odour and compliant with safety standards. Whether we are working in an outdoor space or a well-ventilated indoor venue, we ensure everyone feels comfortable and safe throughout the session.

How long does the session last and can it be shortened?

Typical team development sessions in Xi'an last between 1.5 to 3 hours. This includes the initial briefing, sketching, practice rounds, and the final production of your collaborative mural. If you have a specific schedule or want to integrate the workshop into a full day of meetings, we can easily tailor the duration to fit your company's itinerary perfectly.

What is your payment policy for corporate bookings?

We believe in flexibility and building trust with our clients. That’s why we don't require any upfront payment for your Xi'an team building event. You only pay after the workshop is completed and you are 100% satisfied with the experience. This 'pay later' policy ensures that our focus remains entirely on providing your team with an unforgettable and high-quality creative session.

Can you host the team development workshop at our office?

Yes, we can! While we have several fantastic locations in Xi'an, we are happy to bring the graffiti experience directly to your office car park or a chosen event venue. As long as there is adequate space and ventilation (or an outdoor area), we can set up our mobile 'graffiti wall' and bring all the materials to you. It’s a great way to transform your usual workplace into a creative hub.

What happens if it rains or there is an issue with the artist?

Rain doesn't have to stop the fun! We always monitor the weather closely. If things look a bit grey in Xi'an, we have backup plans including indoor-suitable pop-up walls or semi-covered locations. Additionally, we have backup artists available on short notice to ensure that your event never gets cancelled due to staff illness. We are committed to making sure your team building goes ahead as planned.

Can we take our graffiti artwork back to the office?

Usually, the team works on a large collaborative mural together, which stays on our professional mobile walls. However, if you'd like your team to have something to take home or hang in the office, we can arrange for everyone to work on individual canvases. These 'mini-masterpieces' serve as a brilliant reminder of the day’s collaboration and look fantastic on any office wall in Xi'an!

The experience

Why choose a graffiti workshop for your next team development session in Xi'an? Because it’s the ultimate equaliser! Street art removes hierarchies and forces people to communicate in entirely new ways. Here is why it works:

Break the mould: Step out of the boardroom and into a high-energy, creative environment that ignores the "standard" office rules. 🚀
Visualise your values: Don't just talk about company goals—literally paint them on a wall together!
Total inclusivity: You don't need to be an artist. Our pros guide everyone, ensuring even the most "non-creative" person feels like a rockstar. ✨
Boosted morale: There is nothing quite like the collective "wow" moment when you see the final finished mural.
Risk-free booking: With no upfront payment and a 100% satisfaction guarantee, your planning is stress-free. 💪

Step by step

The warm-up: Your team meets our pro artists at the Xi'an site for a high-energy intro to street art history and culture.
The brainstorming: We sit down as a group to brainstorm themes, company values, or words that represent your team's unique identity.
Sketching the vision: Armed with markers and paper, you'll translate those ideas into a rough layout for your collaborative mural.
Can control basics: Before hitting the big wall, everyone gets a dedicated practice session to learn lines, dots, and fading techniques. ✨
Outline and fill: The team starts transfering the sketch to the wall, learning how to work in sync to manage different sections of the piece.
The 'Cutting' technique: Our artists teach you how to sharpen edges and make colors pop using advanced spray paint tricks.
Final details: Add the 'highlights' and 'shadows' that give your artwork that professional, 3D street art look. 🔥
The unveiling: Step back as a team to admire your finished masterpiece, followed by a group photo session to capture the win.
Debrief and chill: We wrap up with a quick chat about the collaboration process, ensuring everyone leaves feeling inspired and connected.

Local culture

Xi'an is a city where history meets the future. While most people think of the Drum Tower or the ancient fortifications, there is a pulse of modern creativity growing in districts like the Dahua 1935 creative park. Our workshops tap into this fresh energy, blending the city's traditional heritage with the raw, expressive power of modern street art. We love bringing teams to these industrial-chic spots where the contrast between old and new provides the perfect inspiration for your mural.

Fun Fact: Did you know that Xi'an was the starting point of the Silk Road? Much like those ancient traders who brought new ideas across borders, your team will be "trading" creative concepts and blending different styles to create something totally new! 🎤
