Do we need any prior art experience for a graffiti team building event?

Absolutely! Our Xi'an workshops are designed for everyone, from CEOs to interns. Our professional artists guide you through basic spray-painting techniques, safety, and lettering style. You don't need to be 'artsy' to have a blast; it's all about the energy, the experience, and the teamwork. By the end of the session, you'll be amazed at what your group has created together.

Is it safe? What kind of protective gear do you provide?

Safety is our top priority. We provide high-quality protective gear, including overall suits, gloves, and high-performance masks. Our spray paints are selected for quality and we always ensure the workshop space—whether indoors or outdoors—is well-ventilated. Our artists are trained to supervise the session and ensure everyone has a safe, fun, and creative experience without any risks.

How long does a typical company graffiti session last?

A standard corporate workshop in Xi'an typically lasts between 1.5 to 3 hours. This includes an introduction to the history of street art, a practice session to get used to the spray cans, and the main event where you create your collaborative masterpiece. We can also adjust the timing to fit your wider corporate schedule or specific lunch breaks.

Where in Xi'an can we host the graffiti workshop?

We are incredibly flexible! Whether you want to host the event at your own office courtyard, a local park, or a rented industrial studio in a creative district like the Textile City Art Zone, we can make it work. We handle the floor protection and setup, ensuring the location is left spotless after the creative whirlwind is over.

Can we include our company logo or specific brand colours?

Yes, we love making it personal! Many companies choose to incorporate their brand colours, their company logo, or a specific theme related to their annual goals. Our lead artist will help you sketch out a design that integrates your corporate identity with the raw, vibrant style of street art for a truly unique team souvenir.

Is it possible to hold the workshop indoors if it rains?

We certainly can. While most teams enjoy the outdoor vibe, we have 'indoor-friendly' low-odour spray paint options and can setup protective plastic sheeting for walls and floors. As long as there is decent ventilation, we can turn your conference room or warehouse space into a temporary street art studio for the day.

How does the payment process work for corporate bookings?

No upfront payment is required to book your date! We believe in the quality of our workshops, so you only pay after the event is successfully completed. This gives you peace of mind and makes the administrative side of things much smoother for your finance department. Just request a quote, and we'll handle the rest.

The experience

Why choose a graffiti workshop for your next team building in Xi'an? Because it breaks down barriers like nothing else! It’s an equaliser where your job title doesn't matter—only the art does. Here’s why it works:

Boosts creative problem solving: Thinking outside the box (and off the paper) sparks new ways of working together. 💡
Total stress relief: There is something incredibly therapeutic about the hiss of a spray can and the flow of colour. 🔥
Visible collaboration: You start with a blank wall and end with a unified vision—the ultimate metaphor for a successful team. 🤝
Zero experience required: Our pros make sure everyone feels like a street art legend by the end of the day. 🎤
Risk-free planning: No upfront payment and backup artists available means your event is in safe hands. 💪
Unique office decor: Take home a tangible piece of art that reminds the team of their shared success every day. 🖼️

Step by step

The arrival & intro: Our artist team meets you at your chosen Xi'an location with all the gear ready to go. We kick things off with some street art history and a demo.
Gear up: Everyone gets fitted with protective suits, gloves, and masks. We stay clean while the art gets messy!
First lines: You'll start on your own practice board. Learn how to control the pressure of the spray can and create different line widths.
Concept sketching: Your team brainstorms the central theme—be it your company values or a creative tribute to Xi'an's heritage.
Outline & fill: The big mural begins! You'll work together to fill in the large blocks of colour and build the foundation of the piece.
The 'Cutting' technique: Our pros show you how to neaten up edges and add sharp outlines to make the graffiti "pop."
Detailing & highlights: Add those final artistic flourishes, shadows, and highlights that turn a painting into a masterpiece.
The big reveal: Step back, remove the masks, and admire the massive collaborative artwork your team just created together.
Wrap up & photos: We handle all the cleanup. You get the photos, the memories, and an optional canvas to hang in the office!

Creative collaboration during a graffiti company outing

Local culture

Xi'an is a city where ancient tradition meets modern urban energy. While most people think of the Terracotta Army, the city also has a burgeoning creative heart. Areas like the Textile City Art Zone (Banpo) have become hubs for local artists, breathing new life into industrial spaces with vibrant murals and galleries. 🏮

In our workshops, we love to bridge this gap. Why not blend traditional Chinese motifs with modern 'Wildstyle' spray painting? Imagine your company logo sitting alongside a street-art version of the Ancient City Wall. It’s this mix of old and new that makes Xi'an such a cool backdrop for a creative company outing. Fun Fact: Xi'an was the starting point of the Silk Road—just as those ancient traders left their mark on history, your team will leave their creative mark on the canvas today! 🏆
