Do we need any previous artistic experience to enjoy the workshop?

Absolutely not! Our Xi'an team building workshops are designed for everyone, from stick-figure doodlers to secret Picassos. Our professional artists guide your team through every step, from basic nozzle control to complex shading. The goal isn't to create a museum masterpiece, but to collaborate, laugh, and try something new together in a high-energy environment. You'll be amazed at what your group can achieve by the end of the session.

Is the spray paint safe and do you provide protective gear?

Safety is our number one priority. We provide high-quality FFP3 face masks, gloves, and protective suits to keep your clothes clean and your lungs clear. We also use low-pressure spray cans that are easier to handle. Our artists provide a comprehensive safety briefing before anyone touches a can, ensuring a worry-free environment where your team can focus entirely on being creative and having a blast.

What happens if an artist is unavailable on our scheduled date?

Because we have a large network of local and regional artists, we rarely have to cancel. If your assigned artist falls ill, we have backup professionals ready to step in. This reliability is why corporate planners in Shaanxi province trust us with their most important annual events. You can book with confidence knowing that your team building day is protected by our robust artist backup system.

Can the graffiti workshop take place at our own office location?

We are incredibly flexible! We can host the event at one of our vetted street art locations in Xi'an, or we can bring the entire setup to your corporate headquarters or a rented event space. If we come to you, we use specialized floor covering and temporary wooden walls or canvases to ensure your venue remains spotless. Whether it's indoors or outdoors, we make the magic happen.

How long does a typical team building session last?

A standard corporate team building session usually lasts between 1.5 and 3 hours. This includes the introduction, safety briefing, technique practice, and the final collaborative mural project. We can easily scale the duration to fit your itinerary—whether you need a quick 90-minute 'ice-breaker' or a deep-dive 3-hour creative intensive. Just let us know your schedule, and we will tailor the flow to match.

What are the payment terms for corporate bookings?

We believe in our service so much that we don't require upfront payments for most bookings. You can secure your date, and the final payment is handled after the workshop is complete. This keeps the process stress-free for your finance department and ensures we are fully committed to delivering a 5-star experience that leaves your team buzzing with energy and newfound creative confidence.

The experience

Why choose a graffiti workshop for your next team building event in Xi'an? Because it levels the playing field! When you swap a suit for a protective overall and a pen for a spray can, corporate hierarchies disappear, and true teamwork takes over. 🔥

Boost morale: There is nothing more satisfying than seeing a vibrant, 5-metre mural that you built from scratch with your colleagues.
Communication focus: Planning a mural requires listening, negotiating, and delegating—essential skills for any high-performing team.
Stress relief: The physical act of spray painting is incredibly tactile and therapeutic, helping your team decompress and recharge.
Cultural connection: Engage with Xi'an's modern side and give your employees an experience they will actually talk about at the water cooler.
Customisable goals: Whether you're focusing on 'innovation,' 'unity,' or 'growth,' we translate your company values into visual art.
Zero-risk booking: With no upfront payment and guaranteed backup artists, your event is in safe hands with us.

Step by step

Arrival and warm-up: Your team meets our professional artists at the venue. We start with a high-energy intro to the history of street art.
Safety and gear up: Speed-dating with safety! Everyone gets fitted with protective suits, masks, and gloves to stay clean and safe.
Mastering the tools: Learn the 'can-control' basics. We'll teach you how to create thin lines, fat fills, and cool gradients using different nozzles.
Concept brainstorming: Teams work together to sketch ideas that represent your company values or your specific project goals for the year.
The first layer: The adrenaline kicks in as your team makes the first marks on the wall or canvas, getting comfortable with the scale of the art.
Collaborative mural: This is where the magic happens. Different teams merge their sections into one massive, cohesive masterpiece.
Final detailing: Our artists help you add those professional 'pops'—highlights, outlines, and shadows that make the artwork truly stand out.
The big reveal: Step back and admire the work! We take group photos of the team in front of their creation for your internal comms.
Easy wrap-up: We handle all the cleanup. You head off for team drinks feeling inspired, while we pack up the gear and the masterpieces.

Local culture

Xi'an is a city where history breathes through every stone, but alongside the Terracotta Warriors and the ancient City Walls, a vibrant modern pulse is beating. The local street art scene in Xi'an is a fascinating blend of traditional Chinese motifs and contemporary urban expression. You can find pockets of creativity near the Textile City Art District (Dahua 1935), where old industrial spaces have been transformed into hubs for modern artists. 🎨

Fun Fact: While Xi'an is world-renowned for its 14km ancient wall, it has also become a sanctuary for young creatives who use the city’s unique industrial backdrop to blend "Old China" with "New Street Culture." Our workshops tap into this local energy, giving your team a chance to feel like part of the city's evolving artistic narrative. ✨
