The experience
Choosing a live painting performance in Xi'an isn't just about decoration—it's about creating a shared memory that resonates with your crowd. Here is why it's the ultimate addition to your event:
- Dazzling engagement: Unlike a static DJ or a standard presentation, watching an artist build something from scratch is inherently captivating. It keeps your guests moving and talking! 🤩
- Instagram-worthy moments: Everyone wants to film the process. This means instant social media buzz for your event as videos of the transformation go viral among your guests' networks. 📱
- Professional reliability: With years of experience and backup artists on standby, we guarantee a stress-free experience. If our main artist can't make it, your event won't miss a beat. 🏆
- A lasting legacy: After the event, you keep the artwork! Hang it in your office or give it away as a unique prize—it's a physical souvenir of a great night. ✨
- Customised for you: From brand colours to specific themes, our artists tailor every stroke to fit your specific vision and the Xi'an setting. 🎨
- Zero-risk booking: With no upfront payment, we put the pressure on ourselves to deliver 100% satisfaction. You only pay when the art is done and the fun is had! 💪
Step by step
- Initial creative consultation: We start by chatting about your event goals, the vibe of the venue in Xi'an, and any specific themes or logos you want us to incorporate into the artwork.
- Design conceptualisation: Our artists create a custom sketch that blends your vision with their unique street art style. You get to review this and request any tweaks until it’s perfect.
- Logistics planning: We coordinate with your venue organisers to handle the nitty-gritty details, like floor protection, ventilation, and the best spot for maximum visibility for your guests.
- On-site setup: On the day of the event, our team arrives early to set up the professional canvases, arrange the spray paints, and prepare the workspace so everything is ready to go as guests arrive.
- The live performance begins: As your event kicks off, the artist starts the work! Guests can watch the 'block-in' phase as the initial shapes and composition begin to take form.
- Interactive engagement: Throughout the performance, the artist interacts with the crowd, explaining techniques and, if agreed, letting guests add their own small touches to the piece.
- Fine detailing & layering: As the event reaches its peak, the artist adds the final details, sharp outlines, and highlights that make the artwork truly pop and come to life.
- The big reveal: We time the completion of the piece for a specific moment in your schedule, providing a perfect backdrop for photos, speeches, or a grand finale.
- Clean-up & wrap-up: Once the show is over, we handle the tidy-up and ensure the artwork is safely moved or prepared for display in its permanent new home.

Local culture
Street art in Xian
Xi'an is a city where every stone tells a story of 3,000 years of history, but there is also a buzzing, fresh energy rising in its urban pockets. From the legendary City Walls to the bustling lights of the Muslim Quarter, the contrast of the ancient and the modern is what makes this city so special. Our live painting performances tap into this unique atmosphere, blending traditional Chinese aesthetics—like calligraphy-inspired strokes—with cutting-edge graffiti techniques. 🏮
In recent years, the street art scene in Shaanxi province has grown, with locals embracing creative expression in art districts and community spaces. We love bringing that creative fire to private events, ensuring your celebration feels connected to the local heartbeat of the city. We’ve even worked on pieces that incorporate the silhouettes of the Terracotta Army reimagined in neon spray paint! 🔥
Fun Fact: While Xi'an is famous for its ancient history, it is also home to some of China's most prestigious art academies, making it a hidden gem for high-level creative talent and underground street culture! 🎤
Pricing
Every event in Xi'an is unique, so we don't do 'cookie-cutter' pricing. Whether you want a single artist for a small party or a massive collaborative wall for a corporate brand activation, we'll provide a transparent, fair price.
