Why choose us in Luxembourg City?

Why choose live painting for your Luxembourg event? It’s more than just art; it’s an experience that leaves a lasting impression. Here’s why we’re the top choice:

  • Instant Atmosphere: The sound of the cans and the smell of creativity create an immediate, cool vibe that sets the tone. 🔥
  • Unique Souvenir: You don't just get a performance; you get a finished piece of art to hang in your office or giveaway.
  • Stress-Free Booking: We’ve got backup artists ready to go, so your event is never at risk of a cancellation. 💪
  • Zero Risk: No upfront payment. We're so confident you'll love the performance that you only pay after it’s done!
  • Bespoke Branding: We can subtly (or loudly!) incorporate your brand colours and logos into the artwork. 🎤
  • Experienced Pros: Our artists aren't just great painters; they are entertainers who know how to engage with a crowd.

How it works

  1. The Big Idea: We start with a chat about your event goals, whether it’s a product launch in Cloche d'Or or a wedding in Grund. We talk themes, colours, and vibes.
  2. Surface Selection: Together, we decide what we're painting on. Canvases are popular, but we can also build custom temporary walls for that 'street' feel.
  3. Artist Matchmaking: We pair you with one of our pro graffiti artists whose style matches your vision perfectly. We have a deep bench of talent ready to go!
  4. Setup & Stealth: On the day, we arrive early to set up our 'art station'. We use professional flooring protection to keep your venue pristine.
  5. The First Stroke: As your guests arrive, the artist begins the sketch. This is the 'hook' that gets people talking and gathering around.
  6. Layering & Life: The painting evolves throughout the event. Guests see the transition from a rough outline to a vibrant, multi-layered masterpiece.
  7. Interactive Interludes: If you've opted for guest participation, our artist guides your visitors in adding their own creative marks to the piece.
  8. The Grand Reveal: Towards the end of the event, the final details are added, and the completed artwork is polished and ready for photos!
  9. The Handover: You keep the art! Whether it goes in your lobby or becomes a prize, the unique creation is yours to cherish.

Frequently asked questions

Can you perform a live painting session indoors at a venue in Luxembourg?

Absolutely! We use high-quality, low-odour water-based spray paints for indoor events in Luxembourg. These are much friendlier for indoor environments than traditional solvent-based paints. We also take care of all the protection, using professional-grade drop cloths and temporary wall structures to ensure your venue stays exactly the way we found it. Smoke and fumes are kept to an absolute minimum while the art stays maximum impact!

How long does a live painting performance usually take?

While our artists are incredibly skilled, a masterpiece takes a little time! For a standard event, we recommend a duration of 2 to 4 hours to allow the artist to build up layers, details, and vibrant colours that really pop. However, we can adapt our pace to suit your schedule, whether it's a quick 90-minute 'speed-paint' or a full-day evolving mural that grows alongside your conference or festival.

Are guests allowed to participate or is it strictly a performance?

We love it when people get curious! While the primary focus is on the professional artist creating a high-end piece, we can definitely build in 'interactive windows' where your guests can grab a can and add a stroke or two under our guidance. This is a fantastic way to break the ice and make the artwork a collective memory of your Luxembourg City event. Not interested in getting messy? No problem, we're happy to just entertain!

What kind of surfaces can you paint on during the event?

The options are endless! We can paint on large-scale stretched canvases, portable wooden walls, or even objects like vehicles or furniture. If you want something permanent, we can paint on a PVC board that you can keep and hang in your Luxembourg office after the event. We provide all the materials, so you don't need to worry about a thing besides choosing your favourite spot for the setup.

How do we decide on the design or theme of the artwork?

At Graffitifun, we believe in a tailored approach. Once you book, we’ll discuss your theme, brand colours, and any specific logos or messages you want included. Our artist will then create a rough concept for your approval. During the live event, they’ll bring this vision to life with plenty of creative flair and freestyle elements to keep the 'live' energy high. It’s the perfect blend of planning and spontaneity!

Do I need to provide any materials for the artist?

Not at all! We are a fully mobile street art collective. Whether your event is in the heart of Ville Haute, a modern venue in Kirchberg, or out in the beautiful Luxembourgish countryside, we bring everything to you. This includes the paint, boards, protective gear, and cleaning supplies. All we need from you is a designated space and a bit of lighting so everyone can see the magic happen!
