Do we need to have any artistic skills to participate?

Absolutely not! Our Medan team development workshops are designed for everyone, from stick-figure doodlers to secret Picassos. Our professional artists guide your team through the basic techniques of can control, fading, and outlining. You'll be amazed at how quickly your group masters the spray can and creates something they are genuinely proud of. It’s all about the team spirit and trying something new together!

Is the workshop safe and what should we wear?

Safety is our number one priority. We provide high-quality respiratory masks, protective gloves, and disposable overalls to keep your clothes clean. We use professional spray paints and conduct our sessions in well-ventilated areas or outdoors. Our instructors provide a comprehensive safety briefing before anyone touches a can, ensuring a worry-free environment where your team can focus entirely on being creative and having a blast.

How long does a typical workshop last?

Typical team development sessions in Medan last between 1.5 to 3 hours. This gives us enough time for a solid introduction, technique practice, and the creation of a large-scale collaborative mural. We can also customise the duration to fit your corporate schedule, whether you want a quick energy booster or a deep-dive creative afternoon. We’re flexible to ensure the workshop fits perfectly into your team day.

Where in Medan do the workshops take place?

We can host workshops at various locations across Medan, from trendy outdoor spaces to your own office car park or a rented creative studio. If you don't have a venue, don't worry! We have a network of local partners and can help find the perfect spot for your team to spray. We just need a well-ventilated space where we can safely set up our canvases and plastic protection.

Do we need to pay in advance to book?

No, there's no need for upfront payment with Graffitifun. We believe in our service and want you to feel completely confident. You can pay after the workshop is completed and your team is buzzing with creative energy. This makes the booking process stress-free for your HR or finance department, allowing you to focus on the fun rather than the paperwork. Let’s get your date secured!

What kind of designs can we create?

The sky is the limit! Many teams choose to paint their company logo, a collective vision for the upcoming year, or keywords that represent their core values. Our artists will help you brainstorm a concept that aligns with your team development goals. Whether it’s a single massive 'masterpiece' or several smaller canvases that fit together, the final artwork will be a unique reflection of your team’s identity.

Step by step

Intro & inspiration: We start with a high-energy kick-off where our artists share the history of street art and show you some incredible local Medan inspirations to get the ideas flowing.
Safety & gear up: Everyone gets fitted with protective suits, masks, and gloves. Safety first, style second – though you'll look like a professional crew in no time!
The basics of spray: Learn the 'can-control' essentials. Our pros teach you how to adjust pressure, create thin lines, and master those iconic graffiti flares.
Sketching the vision: Your team works together to sketch the main concept onto the canvas or wall, making sure everyone's ideas are included in the master plan.
Colour & fill: The fun gets loud! You'll start filling in the designs, learning how to blend colours and create gradients that pop.
Outlining & highlights: This is where the magic happens. We'll show you how to use 'cutting' techniques and highlights to make your team's artwork look professional and sharp.
The grand reveal: Step back and admire the work. We'll take group photos of your team with their finished masterpiece – the perfect memento for the office wall.
Cleanup & debrief: We handle the mess while you discuss the collaboration process and how the day's successes translate back to the workplace.
