Do we need previous artistic experience to participate?

Absolutely! Everyone can join in. Our expert artists in Medan provide a step-by-step introduction to the equipment and basic techniques before we start the main project. Most of our charity event participants have never touched a spray can before, but they always walk away with a massive smile and a piece of art they’re genuinely proud of. It’s all about the community spirit!

Is the graffiti workshop safe for children and families?

Safety is our number one priority. We provide high-quality protective overalls, gloves, and specialised masks for every participant. We also hold our Medan charity workshops in well-ventilated outdoor areas or large open spaces. Our aerosols are professional grade, and our artists are trained to supervise groups of all sizes ensuring everyone stays safe while having a blast.

What materials are included in the charity event package?

We provide everything you need to make the event a success! This includes all professional spray paint in a vibrant rainbow of colours, protective gear, canvases or temporary wall structures, and the expert guidance of our street artists. We even handle the setup and the intensive cleanup afterwards, so you can focus entirely on your fundraising goals and enjoying the creative vibe.

How many people can participate in a Medan charity event?

We can go big! We have experience managing large-scale crowds and can scale our artist team to accommodate hundreds of participants. Whether it's a rotating workshop style or a massive collaborative mural where everyone adds a piece, we’ve got the logistics covered. For smaller charity teams, we offer more intimate, focused sessions that build deep connection and team spirit.

What happens if it rains on the day of our outdoor event?

Rain is a common guest in Medan, but it doesn’t have to stop the fun! We always have a backup plan. If we can't secure a covered outdoor area, we can often move the event indoors using low-odour water-based paints and proper flooring protection. Plus, we have backup artists available to ensure your event goes ahead even if there are last-minute schedule shifts.

How long does a typical charity graffiti session last?

A standard charity workshop usually runs between 1.5 to 3 hours. This allows enough time for an introduction, technique practice, and the completion of the final masterpiece. However, for festivals or all-day fundraisers, we can adapt the format to a "walk-in" style where people contribute throughout the day. We’re flexible and can tailor the duration to fit your specific schedule.

What happens to the artwork created during the fundraiser?

The mural or canvases created during the event belong to you! Many charities choose to auction off the finished pieces to raise even more funds, while others keep the collaborative mural to brighten up their office or community centre. It serves as a lasting, colourful reminder of the impact you've made together in Medan. It’s a tangible piece of the event’s legacy.

Stress-free logistics: We bring everything to your location in Medan, including the "walls" if needed!
Zero risk: With our "pay after" policy and backup artists, your event is in safe hands.

Tangible results: You end up with a high-quality piece of art that can be auctioned or displayed.

Initial consultation: Reach out to us with your vision! We’ll chat about your charity's mission, the number of participants, and the vibes you want to create in Medan.
Design & concept: Our artists will draft a custom concept that incorporates your logo, hashtags, or specific themes that represent your cause.
Secure the site: Whether it's a public square or a private venue, we help you determine the best location and arrange for the necessary mobile wall structures.
The safety briefing: On the big day, we start by getting everyone suited up in protective gear and explaining how to use the equipment safely and effectively.
Skill building: Before hitting the final mural, participants get to practice their "tags" and basic strokes on practice boards to build their confidence.
The main creation: Under the guidance of our pros, your supporters will work together to fill in the masterpiece, adding colour and life to the charity’s message.
Professional finishing: Our artists add the final outlines and "shining" touches to ensure the finished product looks absolutely incredible for photos.

Local culture

Medan is a city known for its incredible diversity and culinary delights, but it also has a growing heartbeat of urban creativity. From the bustling streets of Kesawan to the vibrant local community hubs, street art is beginning to tell the story of the city’s modern identity. Hosting a charity event here means tapping into that local "anak Medan" spirit—bold, expressive, and deeply communal. 🎨

Fun fact: Medan’s heritage buildings provide a stunning contrast to modern graffiti, making it one of the most visually interesting cities in Indonesia to host a creative fundraiser!
