Why choose us in Medan?

Why choose a graffiti workshop for your Medan event? Traditional entertainment is fine, but street art is something people actually want to do, not just watch. Here’s why we are the top choice for North Sumatran festivals:

High-impact visual: A massive, colourful mural serves as a brilliant focal point and a perfect photo op for Instagram. 📸
Total inclusivity: Kids, teens, and adults can all participate side-by-side—it's the ultimate 'all ages' activity.
No-risk booking: With no upfront payment and our 'no-cancellation' artist backup system, your event is in safe hands.
Interactive branding: We can incorporate your festival’s logo or theme into the art, making it a powerful brand activation tool. 🔥
Unforgettable memories: People don't just remember what they saw; they remember what they created.
Professional flair: Our artists are entertainers as much as they are creators—we keep the crowd hyped and engaged! 🎤

How it works

Initial consultation: Reach out to us with your festival dates and expected crowd size in Medan. We’ll discuss your vision and theme.
Custom design: Our artists create a concept or pre-sketch that aligns with your festival’s vibe—anything from 'Medan City' to abstract patterns.
Set-up on site: We arrive early at your festival location to set up the 'Graffiti Zone' with protective flooring, boards, and gear.
Safety briefing: Every participant gets a quick run-through on how to use the spray cans safely and effectively.
Live creation: Festival-goers grab a can and start filling in the mural under the expert guidance of our pro artists.
Technique coaching: We teach 'layers', 'fades', and 'outlining' so everyone learns real street art skills on the fly.
Final touches: Our artists add the professional highlights and 'bits' to the mural to ensure it looks like a masterpiece.
The big reveal: The completed mural stays on display as a vibrant backdrop for photos and social media memories.
Clean up: We pack everything away efficiently, leaving no mess behind—only the buzz of a finished artwork!

Frequently asked questions

Do festival attendees need any prior art experience?

Not at all! Our festival workshops are designed for everyone, from toddlers to grandparents. Our professional artists provide constant guidance, teaching basic spray techniques and safety in seconds. Most festival-goers start with zero experience and leave with a massive smile and a newfound respect for street art. It's all about the 'vibe' and expressing yourself, rather than creating a technical masterpiece on your first go.

Is the graffiti workshop safe and clean for a festival environment?

Safety is our top priority. We provide all necessary protective gear, including high-quality masks, gloves, and disposable overalls to keep your festival outfit clean. We also use premium spray paint that is safe when used correctly in open-air environments. Our artists supervise the area at all times to ensure that the spray stays on the canvas and off the participants!

What size festivals can you accommodate in Medan?

We are incredibly flexible! Whether you have a small niche boutique festival or a massive multi-day event like the Medan Heritage Festival, we can scale our setup. We can provide anything from two artists for a small crowd to a full team managing dozens of spray stations simultaneously. Contact us to discuss your expected footfall, and we will tailor a package just for you.

Can the workshop be held indoors if the weather doesn't cooperate?

We find that outdoor workshops work best, but we are experts at indoor setups too! If your festival is indoors, we use specialised low-odour water-based spray paints and ensure high-grade floor and wall protection is in place. As long as there is decent ventilation, we can bring the street art magic to almost any indoor venue or marquee.

Can we choose a specific theme for the graffiti mural?

Absolutely! We love incorporating themes. Whether your festival is about sustainability, local Medan culture, or a specific musical genre, we can pre-sketch outlines that reflect your message. This makes the final collaborative mural a meaningful piece of art that tells the story of your specific event. It’s a fantastic way to reinforce your festival's branding and values.

What happens if it rains or an artist cannot make it?

Weather in North Sumatra can be unpredictable, but we’ve got you covered. In the event of heavy rain, we can move under professional-grade gazebos or postponements can be discussed. However, our backup artist system ensures that even if a lead artist is unwell, your booking is 100% secure. We are committed to making sure the show goes on!

What materials do you provide for the event?

We take care of everything from A to Z. We bring the boards or canvases, hundreds of cans of premium paint, all protective gear, and cleaning supplies. All we usually need from you is a flat space to set up and a passion for creativity! We handle the set-up and the pack-down, leaving the festival site exactly as we found it.
