  • Total Inclusivity: It doesn't matter if you're the CEO or the intern; everyone starts with a blank wall and a nozzle.
  • Creative Problem Solving: Street art requires planning and quick adjustment—perfect for honing workplace agility. 🧠
  • Boosted Morale: Breaking the routine with something "edgy" and fun creates lasting memories and office legends.
  • Concrete Results: You’ll end up with a physical masterpiece that represents your team’s unity and effort.
  • Zero Stress Booking: With no upfront payment and backup artists ready, your event is guaranteed to go off without a hitch! 🏆

How it works

  1. The briefing: Meet your pro graffiti mentors and get a quick rundown of the day’s goals and safety tips.
  2. Concept sketching: Your team brainstorms ideas on paper, focusing on your company values or a fun shared vision.
  3. First lines: Grab a can and learn the 'can-control' basics—practice lines, dots, and fades on your practice wall.
  4. Outline phase: Transfer your team’s collective sketch onto the large-scale canvas or wall using light colours.
  5. Filling in: This is where the magic happens! Your team works together to fill the piece with vibrant colours and gradients.
  6. Detailing: Use thin nozzles (caps) to add sharp outlines, highlights, and your team’s unique 'tags' to the work.
  7. The big reveal: Stand back and admire your finished mural—a true symbol of your team’s collaborative effort!

Frequently asked questions

Do we need any previous art experience to participate?

Absolutely! Our Daugavpils workshops are designed for everyone, regardless of artistic ability. Our professional artists guide you through every step, from holding the can to master layering techniques. Most participants start with zero experience and leave with a masterpiece they are proud of. It’s all about the team journey and trying something new together in a low-pressure, high-energy environment. No 'Picasso' skills are required to have a blast!

Is the graffiti workshop safe for my team?

Safety is our top priority. We provide high-quality respiratory masks, protective overalls, and gloves to keep everyone clean and safe. We use professional-grade spray paints and conduct our sessions in well-ventilated areas or outdoors. Our instructors give a comprehensive safety briefing before anyone touches a can. We ensure the environment is controlled so your team can focus entirely on the creative fun without any worries.

How long does a typical team development session last?

A standard team development session in Daugavpils usually lasts between 2 to 2.5 hours. This includes the introductory briefing, technique practice, and the final collaborative mural creation. We can often adjust the timing to fit your specific corporate schedule—whether you want a quick energy booster or an intensive half-day creative retreat. Just let us know your requirements during the booking process!

What is the minimum or maximum group size for a workshop?

We are incredibly flexible! Whether you are a small startup team of 10 or a large corporate division of 100+, we have the gear and the artists to accommodate you. For very large groups, we often split into smaller 'crews' that work on adjacent panels to create one massive, connected street art gallery. This ensures everyone stays engaged and gets hands-on time with the spray cans.

Where in Daugavpils do the workshops take place?

We have several great locations in Daugavpils, but we are also happy to come to you! If your office has a suitable outdoor area or a well-ventilated warehouse space, we can set up our mobile graffiti walls there. If not, we can arrange a session at a local creative hub or an outdoor spot that captures the urban vibe of the city. We’ll handle all the logistics.

What happens if we need to cancel or change our booking?

We understand that plans can change. That’s why we don’t require upfront payments; you can pay after the workshop is completed. Additionally, we have a pool of backup artists ready to step in, so your event is never cancelled due to staff illness. We aim for 100% satisfaction, and our flexible booking policy is designed to give you total peace of mind.
