Why choose graffiti for your next outing in Kaunas? Because it’s the ultimate equaliser! It doesn't matter if you're the CEO or an intern; when you've got a spray can in your hand, everyone starts from the same place. Here is why it works: 🎉

  • Boosts creative problem solving: Working on a large-scale mural requires coordination and out-of-the-box thinking.
  • Zero ego, 100% fun: It’s a completely new skill for most, which encourages people to let their guard down and just play.
  • Visualises company goals: We can theme the workshop around your mission, resulting in a physical representation of your vision.
  • Safe and professional: With our experienced artists, you get the 'rebel' feel of graffiti with the safety of a structured corporate event.
  • Memorable rewards: You won't just remember the day; you'll have a massive canvas to hang in your office as a trophy of your collaboration!
  • No-risk booking: With no upfront payment and backup artists ready to go, your Kaunas event is in safe hands.

How it works

  1. Warm welcome and intro: Meet our local Kaunas street artists and get an overview of the day's creative mission.
  2. The safety lowdown: We suit everyone up in protective gear and explain how to use the equipment responsibly.
  3. Concept brainstorming: Your team works together to sketch out ideas that represent your company values or goals.
  4. Basic technique practice: Learn the 'can control' basics—lines, dots, and gradients—on a practice wall.
  5. Outline and structure: Begin sketching the main design onto the final canvas under expert guidance.
  6. The filling phase: This is where the colour happens! The whole team gets involved in bringing the piece to life.
  7. Detailing and shadows: Add the professional finishes, highlights, and outlines that make the artwork pop.
  8. The big reveal: Step back and admire your collective masterpiece with a celebratory team photo.
  9. Cleanup and wrap-up: We handle the mess while you enjoy the post-creative glow with your colleagues.

Frequently asked questions

Do we need any previous artistic experience to enjoy the workshop?

Absolutely! Most of our workshop participants in Kaunas have never touched a spray can before. Our professional artists break down the process into easy, manageable steps. We start with basic lines and shapes before moving on to fills and shadows. You'll be amazed at how quickly your team develops a 'street' style under our guidance. We focus on fun and participation rather than technical perfection.

Is it safe and messy? What about protective gear?

Safety is our number one priority. We provide high-quality protective masks, gloves, and overalls to keep everyone safe and their clothes clean. We use professional-grade spray paint and conduct sessions in well-ventilated outdoor or indoor spaces. Our Kaunas instructors provide a full safety briefing before any cans are shaken, ensuring a worry-free environment where your team can focus entirely on being creative and having a blast together.

How long does a typical graffiti team building session last?

A standard team building workshop in Kaunas typically lasts between 1.5 to 3 hours. This includes the initial introduction, safety briefing, technique practice, and the final creation of your team masterpiece. We can also adjust the timing to fit into a tighter corporate schedule or extend it for a more in-depth artistic session. We are flexible and can work around your specific event itinerary.

What is the minimum and maximum group size?

We can accommodate almost any group size! Whether you are a small startup team of 10 or a large corporate department of 200, we have the staff and equipment to handle it. For larger groups in Kaunas, we often use a rotating station system or work on multiple massive canvases simultaneously to ensure everyone stays engaged and gets plenty of 'spray time' throughout the event.

Can you host the workshop at our office or a specific Kaunas venue?

We are very flexible! We have several partner locations throughout Kaunas, including creative hubs and outdoor spaces. However, if you have a specific venue in mind—like your office car park or a rented event hall—we can often come to you. We just need a well-ventilated area and permission from the property owner. Our team will handle all the setup and cleanup, leaving the space exactly as we found it.

What happens if it rains or an artist is unavailable?

No need to worry about the logistics! One of the reasons companies love working with Graffitifun is our reliability. We have a network of backup artists available in Lithuania to ensure your event goes ahead even if an instructor falls ill. Plus, if the Kaunas weather doesn't cooperate for an outdoor session, we can usually pivot to an indoor solution or use specialized low-odour paints suited for ventilated indoor environments.

What happens to the artwork we create after the session?

Your team gets to keep the fruits of their labour! Most groups choose to create their graffiti on large stretched canvases or wooden panels. Once the paint is dry, these make incredible, vibrant additions to your Kaunas office walls. They serve as a lasting reminder of your team's collaboration and creativity. Alternatively, we can arrange for the artwork to be delivered to your office after the workshop if transport is an issue.
